Each nation is encouraged to submit a little firepower that can be used in-case a member nation is attacked. This force will also act as a peace-keeping force (Think UN!) to assist member nations/non-member nations!

Both Los Mexico & myself are about to submit military forces to the new member. There entire military size is only in hundreds. We will defend them until furthur notice! They do not have compulsary conscription, so its our role to protect them! Anyone want to help submit forces. We would prefer sizes (under 40,000!). We want to be realistice here.

I'll sent a naval/air force to protect the coasts & waters.

Hey, I'm not part of the region, but I'd like to join your pact.

EDIT: I just noticed you have six times my number of carriers!

(Potentially interesting. Would it be workable to incorporate RQ into this region/pact, given that our nation is the result of a dual revolution uniting Haiti and the Dominican Republic? By that I mean is the region actually based on the Caribbean et cetera, or would Hispaniola not appear there?)

Our region Carribbean American had three nations. The region mixes modern & older Central American Cultures all together!

Do we have to be Carribean/American?

This is our region i own! Its cutlures & influences are that of Central America & Northern South America. All nations (Only three at this time) have similar tastes & cultures as mine.

Chairman Victor Wiltord of the Quisqueyan Red Party, speaking on behalf of Premier Vicente Batistuta and Republica Rojo Quisqueya, has extended the hand of Quisqueyan friendship from Hispaniola to surrounding peoples, and expressed high hopes for the futures of all concerned.

The Republic is not able to contribute standing military forces, but, says the Chairman, its four submarines, three mine-countermeasures vessels, and three frigates will support Pact interests in the Caribbean, and the nation's main military strength is in partisan warfare, which was well practiced in highlands, forest, and town during the dual revolutions, and scores of experienced guerrilla troops are always likely to be available. Rojo Quisqueya will also offer practical guerrilla training to friendly forces, utilising its large number of officers experienced during said revolutions, for whom the Patriotic Army has not really room enough now that peace rules on Hispaniola.

To CAP: We are seeking aid so we can establish armed forces of our own! We have limited Defence funds but want a modern army such as that of San Haven. Los Mexico has Soviet-Bloc weaponry but would not seek its weapons but training!

But riots have broken out against them! We have some 100,000-300,000 living there. We cannot evacuate them, otherwise we risk sparking war. As some know they are a communist nation with a large force over 800,000. We cannot afford to go to war. Neither can CAP. I'm am asking CAP for their views on this issue. Leave the evacuees there? Risk War?

Pythogria will happily provide military hardware and training to any members of this Pact who require it. Just ask.

Well, I have several effective anti-riot weapons. Pain beams, sonic weapons, Incapacition non-lethal nerve gas, etc.

Much of the Population are after a better governent no matter what is goals are. Los Mexio with an embassy on the island has began moving citizens from regional nations into its building. No violence occured on the embassy!/I]

The Government was thinking! Send in the Evacuation Team/First-Aid Team. Negoations have allowed us to access our civillains providing we do not interfere with the Riots!

Supreme Command had given the green light. All planes took off vertically and sped towards Santa Rosa to pick up San Havenian Citizens.

From above, the riots were terrible. The Carryalls landed, and rounded up civillians and began loading them.

Satelites had picked up a large group of riots heading towards the pickup zone of the san haven civillians but were distracted by a small tomahawk missile that was fired nearby from the Santa Rosan Government. Santa Rosa was now officially controlled by Democrats but was under civil war. CAP leaders met shortly after to discuss the future of Santa Rosa, whether to back the new government or not!

Myself, I think the new government is OK, so long as the people are happy and it isn't a dictatorship.

As its our duty to serve & protect the region and its allies, we are sending a peace-keeping team in to Santa Rosa to keep peace & protect VIPs/Governent. 40,000 men are gearing up for it!

Datijao Eduardo del San Acero, ruler of Edoniakistanbabweagua, would like to extend his sympathies and would like to assist in the evacutation of the civilians. We will send as many as you think will be needed for the evacuation.

Ok! We currently have operations in Toraquay, Santa Rosa (San Haven) & are gearing up to help New-Lexington! Anyone who opposes that war or New-Lexington does not have to committ troops to it & are welcome to stay in the alliance, no hard feelings!

Deltara is interested. We will not provide indefinite support, however, when the call to arms is sent out, we will send available troops as needed. This can be the whole military or just a small part of it.

Ok, its a great idea. By the way if your ever in a war or in trouble & its not against a member of CAP or CAIP (Same thing) or a major ally (Most are CAP members anyway) please call in on us & we can help & return the favour to your nation!

Can I ask what will be the fate of Los Mexico after this invasion? Would the rules say that they would be expelled or punished in some way?

His fate would be decided by me & San Haven will approve or not approve. I will establish a DMZ between us, control its Government for a while, CAP could be on Peace-Keeping Operations & we slowly hand back power if cooperation follows, but it will take some time before we can trust him. He won't be eliminated from the alliance i dont think! Its up to San Haven!

I sggest that the Los Mexican government be abolished, and put the lands under Toraquayan juristiction. He attacked, and I say we run him over.

If we win the war, CAIP or CAP (Same thing) will take over his government & arrest people, Politicans etc that were involved in planning & carrying out the attack (Not the soldiers themselves). They will stand trial before a International Court & Tried. We will have a Peace-Keeping Operation going on until Los Mexico refinds it self. After it has, the people will elect a new government (The rest are proberbly in Jail by now), if we approve & its now a corrupt/evil government, we return the power to them. We will also set up a DMZ between both nations which will be managed & over looked by CAP (Think UN in South-North Koreans DMZ!). We will also watch its armies restablish themselves, & makesure they do not return to attack.

So thats how it goes...

If a courtroom of international law needs to be used, Deltara has one that could be used for such things. We would be happy (if it ever goes to an RP level) to RP the judge in such a case.

OCC: Been a while since ive been to this thread!

We are very upset to hear the predicted Future of our nation, thus we are re-grouping our forces at the border in-case such acts come to be, thus we will attack Toraquay again. Be aware Toraquay, your nation is at risk if we are forced to have such acts (DMZ etc) in our country. Not really a threat, but could be classed as one!

This happens if you invade a member of the Pact and especially a country that borders San Havens National Waters!
