On behalf of the Emporer Nasser-al-Din Shah, I would personally like to congradgulate his excellency on his most magnificent campaign in Europe, out of which a most glorious Unified German State has been forged. In the modern world determined, virtuous men are difficult to find, however it is evident through your superb judgement you have found such men in Chancellor Bismark and General Moltke.
In this time of confusion and indecision, it is time for great nations to pick their friends and their enemies, forces which all nations both need and have. We find ourselves in a peculiar situation Kaiser, the Empire of Germany in need of raw resources with which to strengthen its ever growing infrastructure, the Empire of Persia in need of direction to which those resources can be used. I believe we can help one another, trading resources for engineering advice, technology, and machinery. We are currently in possession of large coal, iron, copper, and fuel deposits. If we were to form an Economic Alliance of sorts, lowering tarrifs on each others goods, there is no telling what we might accomplish.
In addition to the trading we might engage in, the Emporer is interested in importing quality German Weaponry, as well as procuring German training of our armed forces. In return for such training, we would allow the German Empire the rights to establish certain naval bases on our Southern Coast, bases which would prove invaluable in the current Geographic Struggle for Imperialistic Domination.

The Empire of Japan respectfully requests that Germany send military advisors to help improve the Imperial Army.

The British Empire Reminds germany that they have neither the resources nor the capability to support a far flung empire.
And therefore suggests if they want to get anything out of these islands then we shall buy them off of you for 3.5 million Pounds.
The German government, after several days of closed-door conferencing responds that nothing less then five million pounds will buy the islands.

Britain Agrees to this plan and will pay 1.4 million pounds the first year and 300,000 pounds a year for the next 12 years.
The German Empire finds this agreeable.
Today the Imperia lgerman NAvy announced the launching of it's first armored craft: the SMS Preußen. It is a wooden hull with metal armor and armored turrets. It has both steam engines and sail. Several sister ships are to follow, with one already under construction.
The Preußen is to go on a shakedown cruise and then prroceed with several sail ships to the Mediterrian for a cruise.
The launching of the Deustchland and the Kaiser, noth heavy cruisers, was also announced.
Two days after the Preußen taskforce leaves, a group of transports carrying a brigade of German infantry, a regiment of Krupp guns, and a battalion of cavalry departs as well.
