Unfortunetly my only true ally has be inactive for more than a little while. I wish to find a nation that would be willing to ally with me. I would prefer that they are around my size(1-1.5 Billion), have a military budget close to mine (10 trillion), and would be willing to talk on about strategy on AIM...
