Leocardia turns to nuclear arms!

The Leocardians have long developed nuclear weapons, spent billions of Cardian Sulfs, and have created many prototypes in the missiles. The Nuclear Civil Technology has already been researched and is powering 80% of Leocardia's electricity.
The Leocardian Prime Minister is pleased to announce that its 10-year researching Nuclear Arms has been successfully completed. 1,000 Nuclear Weapons has been produced and is being maintenenced right now.

Pythogria sees no problem in you owning nuclear weapons, knowing you to be a responsible nation, but believes that may be a bit excessive. We own only a mere 100, but we suggest you keep 500 or so. Do not take this as a threat, as it is not.
I for one applaud your desion to produce nuclear arms. this is a step in the right direction.

While ChevyRocks can not say that others shouldn't have nuclear weapons at all (possessing some ourselves), we do urge Leocardia to exercise responsible and informed decisions regarding their nuclear weapons, to prevent needless death and destruction. More specifically, it would be more beneficial to use these weapons as a deterrent towards aggression from other nations, rather than an offensive or "first-strike" weapon.

Although we will be watching to make sure that you do not use these weapons as a first strike capability against nations of which you don't agree with.
