Red Tide Goverment, (ooc: please ignore the TG)
There are three locomotives that would fit you requirements.
First, the SD70M-2. Perfect for any normal freight work and ease of maintainence. When extra power is needed, simply add multiple SD70's to the train.
Second, the DDA40X. Brute power makes it an excellent choice for pulling non-standard, heavy military loads. While they can be doubled or tripled up, their high horsepower makes this unnessesary in most casses. Shares many components with the SD70M-2 for ease of maintanence.
Third, the SW-1500. Perfect for yard work and easy to maintain.

ICCD has a special order request

We would like something with the work power of a locomotive. We would like it to be able to be run on roads.. we would also like to be able to securely fasten two different tools to the front of it both one of our heat/laser drill units and the other a high powered hightorque mechanical to act as a TBM tunnel borinng machine. We would like it to have retractable /tread/tire/railwheel units. and for it to be capable to pull both trailers overland and boxcars and such.

Could you do something like this and if so what is your price? if you could make a variety of the trailers for us both for seating, cargo and liquid, grain etc.. but the difference would be the cars would be adjustable to be tire/tread/railwheelframe each 'car' would also be independantly able to pull it's own weight i.e. drive itself much as a truck would. we would like the railwheels to be used as electromagnets as well both for emergency breaking and for use with our magnetic rail systems. also we would like the roofs of the rail cars to have solar pannleing where applicable to generate energy while they travel, and a battery of course.

ICCD will do it themselves however we thought we would give you the chance for the contract.

To Lionel

Hi,

I'm wondering if you've approved our custom order?

We would like to introduce a new version.
We would like it to be armed and armored for a military version.
We can provide you the details for the new custom Super Dreadnaught Tank.

Effectively we are looking for a small mini mobile station that can both transport a full base for deployment as well as act as a communications center etc.. and have plating, antipersonnel weapons and perhaps even some uav's and a helipad on the unit.

If you are able to fill part or all of this second custom order we look forward to potential partnership in this project.

Mr. P.P Wells,
Thank you for your interest. To answer your question, it depends on what your needs are.
-For highspeed express trains, electric is the way to go, provided that you have a stable power grid.
-The 'Acela Express Trainset' is top-of-the-line, but is limited in number of cars, where the GG1 is slower, but can handle a larger train.
-for slower and economical commuter trains, our F40PH is the perfect choice.
-If you want cross-country power, and F3 A-B-A set is perfect.
for moving people downtown in crowded cities, the MagLev system is the perfect solution, as it is above streets to save space and has no pollution.

Could you give us some estimated numbers for trains for transporting around 500million people each day, which includes the main metro's in the cities.

We want to revamp the railways and make them a viable military transport whilst doing so and so would like transport to be available to around 1million of our personell and equipment on armoured trains.

If a package to this end could be set up with around 50military depots we would greatly appreciate it.
