With the conclusion of the toops-1010102 war toops was occupied by 1010102's droid forces. The all droid force is cappable to watch over the civialin population 24/7. The also are working to make the planet more habbitable to humans as the population is made up of orcs and goblins,with the latter being the more numerous. they are to be enslaved with chips in the back of there head that serve as tracking devices and disiplanry devices(On command the chip will spray acid into the subjects brain killing them.) the toophians are currently be sold as slaves on the intersteller market.
Toops has little choice but to agree to this life-style, in the end it can't be as bad as the Dictatorial stylings of the previous goverment.

IC: The toophians were being sold of as slaves, the planet was undergoing renovations to make it more habitable for humans, and the driod foces were giving cruel and unsusal punishments to the population. in other words the plan was going well.
