The United Socialist States of Lhoell here by gives command of all military and naval forces to the Federation of Military Command for reasons of national security of both nations we enter the Strategically Integrated Coalition of Nations (SICON) which will have command of all military forces. We will also be joining in a United Citizens Federation to better our countries two government in the international area of things. We will do what every it takes to better our two countries in the world standings. We also open in the UCF and SICON to any nation that would like to offer some type of help be it military or civilian. We thank you for your help in anyway.

Any country wishing to join SICON will have to send a force of a Corp size or bigger (20,000 to 45,000 depending what you send) or a Fleet of anysize. They will be under the command of Sky Marshal in Chief Andrew MacKeniz. For more info IM me at cavtanker2742 on yahoo. Thank you.
