The Commonalitarianism has built the first completely renewable energy and oil independent city. With major advances in bioplastics and advanced bioengineering we have moved to complete independence from petroleum based products. Our biorefineries are now able to produce excess capacity of bioplastics and advanced materials. We are completely energy independent. A new infrastructure for energy has been completed consisting of biodiesel, ethanol, methanol, wind, wave, solar, otec-- ocean thermal energy conversion, and deep sea vent geothermal. We have developed both lithium ion nanobatteries and hydrogen fuel cell stacks to store large quantities of energy. We have been able to create a new synthesized jet fuel from plant derivatives, and a pure lox system for launching rockets. This advance will put us at the forefront of a green revolution.
