A huge tsunami came and destroyed my capital! I am currently on the tallest tower in the place, watching people dying. It is believed that an earthquake started it. we need help ASAP and we will pay back handsomely, be it with money, uranium, arms...you name it. thank you very much.

While the Necrontyr Empire is currently, due to the recent nuclear catastrophe, depleted in resources, I have authorised the dispatch of aid workers and materiel to your nation that should be able to supply several million people for around a year, and should be sufficient to prevent egregious loss of life in your nation. We do not require any payment for this, but ask that when you are in a position to offer help to others you do so.
