If are research is correct, 2.5 billion of your 'tails' is about $250 million. The 3 subs would cost $1.275 billion. However, because we want to sell these ships as soon as possible, we will be willing to accept $425 million now, and $600 million after 24 months (no interest). Is this offer acceptable?
