After the contested election of Andrej Grigorevicz as Speaker of Parliament (compatible with Prime Minister) students rioted on Pobeda square. Students and opposition claimed that the vote was unfair, as the media were not allowed to give attention to any other party than the Conservative Party of Reform of Grigorevicz, who is the successor of Vlada Glagolicz, who lead the country since the vicious republican regime of Generla Karlovicz, but who became senile last year. grigorevicz was therfore allready interim Speaker when he was reelected yesterday. Grigorevicz has been scarred by his years in the Gorna Glava detention center for Political prisoners of the Karlovicz dictatorship. Girgorevicz is described as a cooldblooded politician who does not tolerate any opposition to the current regime. In the morning, mounted police, as yet unarmed, were ordered to charge unto the demonstrators. When this attack failed, authorities called in the tanks, who shortly after killed about 100 demonstrators and wounded many others.

Today, in name of the King of the Commonwealth of Balkanska Kraljevina, the 5 th armed brigaded and the 4th mechanized infantery have prevented a fascist revolution. In name of His Majesty, I declare all political parties illegal. As of this moment there is a curfewin all cities and communities in the Commonwealth. The Government has decided to elevate the Commonwealth into the Empire of Balkanska Kraljevina. His Majesty King Aleksandar will from this moment become Emperor Aleksandar, Tsar of all Balkanska people. All resistance will be eliminated. Long Live The Empire!

In a televized speech, the new Prime Minister of the Empire of Balkanska Kraljevina announced that the nation will not tolerate any warmonguering by other peoples like the Communist Arbeitterreich and the fascist Minnchussetsonia. In the Divan today, Prince Alexandru Ioan Cuza II called for the fullscale mobilisation of the armed forces of both Principalities and the Unite Pincipalities Armed Forecs, the newly created an highly trained and equiped defense force created after the first war. The capital was symbolically moved to Jassy, the much more inaccesable war capital in Moldova. In Ekarest, the regular capital of the principalities, the National Safety Board has met and proclaimed the state of emergency in hte Principality of Walachia, and thus banning private cars from using the highways,activating Nuclear Retalliation Facilities across the country and Closing all foreign borders. All citizens of the UP are advised to travel through Moldova ofr stay at their current foregin addresses. The embassy of the UP in theCapital of Balkanska has been evacuated. In stead of the traditional guards at the bordercrossing Cucuieti de pe Deal, shaking hands as sign of peace, UP taks and personel now stands by with tanks, aicraft and mechanized infantry. Then came the end of the dead line and the forces of the principality were ordered to move on the bordercrossings of Balkanska. Shooting started on 0500 hours by the enemy, at 0501 UP troops and personel fired back, using heavy artilelry, tanks and aircraft. The UP airforce has bombed the Balkanska capital using highly explosive rockets. Unconfirmed reports say that the Royal Palace, Parliament Buildings and airport have all been hit. Paratroopers appear to have been dropped at various strategic points throughout Balkanska. The Princely government asks all civlized nations to assist in the liberation of the country.

The Foreign office of the United Principalities has presented plans for a total incorporatian of all Volassi (ethnic group of Walachai and Moldova) people of Balkanska Kraljevina into its frontiers, to safe guard them from any aggression from the new Imperial government. The Commander in Chief recommended the enemy to lay down its weapons and to reinstate the deposed king.

Dear subjects to the empire. Foreign terrorist have entered the embassies of several nations in our capital and murdered the staff. The government stretches out a hand of friendship towards these nations and condemns the attacks on the embassies. Still we must warn the Arbeiterreich that we will not tolearte their marxism on their soil and that each and every subject of the empire will stand and fight agianst this oppressive stream of thought. Blago Trgovac, the new leader of the commonwealth also ended the rule of the Aleksandrovicz family and declared the post of King permanently vacant. Grigorevicz from being lynched in public. After his arrest, the man was put on a plane towards Zackaroth, to face his trial before a joint-International and Commonwealth Tribunal. Meanwhile, studentscelebrated the return of democracy on Independence Square. Acting Steward of the Crown Trgovac, however, warned that the danger is not over. " The forces of Walachia and Moldova are trying to take the right to choose from you. They are trying to subdue you once more. The first military succes on the Balkanska side since the war began was also reported. The town of Pozarevac was recaptured from the UP forces and driven 100 miles back. This was astonishing as the irforce of the country now lies in pieces and most attacks were executed by the cavalry forces who are still horsemounted. The sight in pozarevac was horrendous. Most of the population had been deported and all historical buildings had been ruined. nothing was was left of the 11th century Bogorodica-church, deemd a treasure of the region. It is unlikely however that this succes of the Balkanska forces will have any effect. isolated, alone and having nothing but their determination, Balkanska forces might well have to capitulate before their new colonial masters. We must admit that the UP have some reason in their security concerns. We are willing to be their allies, as soon as their troops have left. We are prepared to discuss the status of the Volassi populated provinces of Baczka and Banat with the UP in Ekarest. This is the time for peace, this is the time for democracy, this is the time for reason. We will quit all our WMD, all our chemical weapons and reduce our army by half. The Volassi populated area's will be a joint protectorate of both our nations. I believe that it is better to proceed to the trial of all war criminals of all sides. If Banat-Baczka will opt for unification with Walachia, we will not protest. if they choose to remain with us, we shall grant the territories the status of banovina, with full internal, be it democratic, rule. As a sign of good will, I have ordered the capitulation of all BK forces in front of the UP enimy.

The waring factions will now become allies, as the Regional Defense Programme has been signed by the Prince and Trgovac. This has concluded the Second war. The terms can be read in the post posted by BK. Peace has regained foothold in the lands. We must now proceed putting those responsable for the war to trial. Very Good, Franberry is happy that a crisis was averted

In a special session today of parliament today, the Regency has dissolved itself as parliament approved the new constitution of BK. The monarchy was now officially abolished, after a period when the country was a monarchy, but the throne was kept permanently vacant. The new constution provides for a President of the Republic, whose role is only ceremonial and is elected by parliament. There is one First minister, who is appointed by the President after approval from parliament. He, in turn shares power with the Regional Representatives, from the three "Zemlje"(singular Zemlja) of the country: Banat-Baczka, Szumadija and Nisz-Graczanica. Every Zemlja has it's own parliament, prime minister (who in turn appoints the regional Representative) and justice system. The state of war may only be declared if a law passes through all parliaments and is ratified by a referendum or in case of extreme emergency by the federal parliament, named Skupsztina, alone. All parliaments will be chosen by democratic, free and fair election without a system of districts. The regional representative of Baczka-Banat will cooperate closely with Walachia and Moldova in order to arrange a peacefull determination of the region's future. The army has returned to the barracks and former King Aleksandar has been arrested and flown over to Zackaroth to stand trial for abuse of power alongside earstwhile PM Grigorevicz.
