Assassination Attempt on Chairman Nagaraku

H-Town Tejas
03-04-2006, 00:30
CIUDAD FUJITA PEOPLE'S AIRPORT, CIUDAD FUJITA, PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF H-TOWN TEJAS
Chairman Ryouta Nagaraku stepped out of his diplomatic plane after returning from Kirisubo to pay his respects to the late Kirisuban emperor. There was a huge storm in New Fukuoka, and the plane had to land in Ciudad Fujita. The way it was raining in Fujita, Ryouta couldn't see how it could be worse in the capital.
They already had arranged for a driver. Ryouta and two PST (Policia Secreto Tejano) bodyguards walked across the runway to the baggage claim, which was a large pavilion with two baggage claim belts. Ryouta picked up his two bags and waited for the car.
Finally, a black Chrysler SRT8 pulled up. The Chairman got in and saw a white man wearing a nondescript uniform. Next to him was another man in the same uniform holding a Steyr M40.
"Hi, you dirty Commie!" the driver said. Before the guards could get in, he drove off, leaving the door open. The two PST agents drew their OTs-33 Pernachs and ran after the car.
The man in the passenger's seat fired his pistol at Ryouta. The Chairman threw himself towards the open door. He flew out, hitting the concrete hard. The men didn't bother turning around, as the PST agents were behind them.
"Chairman Nagaraku!" a PST bodyguard, "Are you okay?"
The Chairman didn't respond.
"Check him, bro!" the other bodyguard said.
The Chairman was luckily, still alive, but unconscious.
"Those fascists!" the agent said, "They almost killed the Chairman!"
"Carlos, get him to the hospital," the first agent said, "I'll call in the TPA and the police. We'll catch that car."
"Okay, Enrique, I'm on it," Carlos said. He pulled out a cellphone and called for an ambulance, while Enrique called the police and the nearest TPA garrison.

We are sorry to hear of the recent assasination attempt on Chairman Nagaraku. These fiends who committed this act will not escape. We pledge our support to your nation in finding the assasins and to punish them and anyone who protects them. It is clear that they were anti-communists. Though our nation is Socialist, we will still assist you.

The People's Republic of H-Town Tejas thanks Kulikovo for its support in this hard time. We believe the assassins were from the Texas National Party, an illegal fascist paramilitary group, although we are not sure. We would appreciate any help we can get in the effort to bring these filthy fascists to justice.

Kulikovo was born from the ahses of a facist regime. A bloody two year revolution ravaged the nation. The military has become quite adept to fighting insurgencies and guerrilla warfare. We also have an elite special foprces called Special Actions and Operations (SAO) at your disposal. As well as special investigators and other military assistance if needed. The vast resources of our nation is willing to assist.

NEW FUKUOKA, CAPITOL BUILDING, PRH-TT
Acting Security Minister Kenshin Uyehara sat in the meeting room of the capitol with his feet up on the table. The problem with the Chairman being unconscious was that he was the President, the Chairman, the People's Security Minister, and the General Military Coordinator all at the same time.
Uyehara had gathered up 125 PST agents to hunt down the would-be assassins. Along with the aid they might be receiving from Kulikovo and Valsgard, they'd have a small army looking for these guys. Unfortunately, H-Town Tejas was full of small towns to hide in, not to mention most of it was swamp, the rest was desert, and the bit that wasn't was a war-torn, lawless exclave that just happened to fly the PRH-TT flag.
Finally, the door opened. A short Asian woman with dyed blond hair came in. Her Tejano Proletariat Army uniform was wrinkled and unbuttoned for the most part. Her stained, ripped undershirt and her face were covered in lipstick marks. You wouldn't expect her to be the Acting General Military Coordinator and Head of the Army if you saw her on the street.
Kenshin sighed, "Out with the girls again, Saki?"
"I'm sorry, Uyehara-san," she said.
Uyehara took his legs off the table, "It's okay, General Nakahara."
"So, what were we meeting about again?" Saki said.
"I was wondering if I could send part of the Military Internal Bureau battalion after these 'assassins,'" Kenshin said.
"Them?" Saki said. The MIB was the most feared name in the PRH-TT, and they weren't out finding aliens. They made sure the various parts of the government stayed in line. There were only 3000 of them, but that kept every single official from ever poking a toe out of line. They were part of the army, but since they fell under the People's Security Minister's job, the PSM and the General Military Coordinator shared control of them.
"Yes, Saki, them," Uyehara said, "These people tried to kill the Chairman. I need the MIB to hunt them down. I just need your permission to use some of them."
"That'll scare people, though," Saki said in her shy, quiet voice, fidgeting with a coin.
"Well, we can't just use the PST and foreign aid," Kenshin said, "250 of them. That's all I need, Saki. Please."
"I don't know..." Saki said, "The MIB is scary."
Kenshin stood up, disgusted.
"But..." Saki said, still looking down at the coin, "I'll give you 125 of them. That's all."
"Thanks," Kenshin said, still a bit angry. He stormed out of the room.
"Bye, Ken-san," Saki said, waving to him.

Inquisitor Erik Kohlson looked out of the bay doors of the hangar at the Tejano Airport the helicopter had just landed at. His black cloak hung loosely around his shoulders, Valsgard being significantly colder than this desert. He was sweating already, and he'd only just stepped out of the copter. He motioned silently with a black-gloved hand, and his 19 fellow Inquisitors cautiously disembarked from the helicopter and formed behind him.

The Inquisitors were Valsgard's elite police, paramilitary force, and intelligence agency, all wrapped into one. Inculcated in the cult of the Emperor from early childhood, physical and mental limits tested again and again in training few were able to survive and fewer completed, Kohlson and his team were the first Inquisitors to set black-booted feet on foreign soil since the foundation of the Inquisition during the revolution that had swept the Emperor into power.

Kohlson's face tightened up at the thought that he and his team had been chosen specifically to be the Emperor's representatives in this heathen land. But his eyes were scanning the hangar, waiting for anyone to come and at least greet him and his men. Unconsciously his hand dropped to the butt of his service V-S SOCOM "redeemer" Automatic Pistol Inquisitors always wore concealed behind their cloaks. Pulling his service hat down over his eyes, he swept forward into the dark interior of the hangar, his men silently following.

1 large aircraft transport and one medium sized transport both landed at the Ciudad Fujita People's Airport. Zhongnanhai had sent its youthful counter terrorist force. CO, Shang Wei (Captain) Xiao Zhang walked out the smaller aircraft he along with 70 other personnel of the People's Police Counter Terrorism forces. The larger freighter aircraft unloaded two Type 92 (WZ551) armoured vehicle (both armed with 12.7 mm guns). Premier Hwang Lian-sher had recently sent a message to the national government.

Comrades, Today Zhongnanhai lends a helping hand to root ou these terrorists. We are using no explosives and insure tthat no public damage will be done to the nation. We do promise to personally bring back the dead corpses of these reactionary forces. Let no one oppose the iron will of the workers together we stand united. Crush the fascist scum, safe guard the fruits of victory!

Inquisitor Kohlson heard the choppers come in, and saw the young foreigner disembark. with a quick barked command, Kohlson started across the tarmac towards the new arrivals, his Inquisitors behind.

Whule his men geared up and the engineers prepared and loaded the armoured vehicles guns and prepared all other equipment. Xiao Zhang noticed several people approaching them he and a few soldiers had not picked up their weapons but were ready to do so at any moment. "Identify yourselves!" Zhang called out, as this unknown group approached.

IN THE AIRPORT
"Those guys," PST special agent Miguel Flores said, stepping in between the two groups, "Are from Valsgard. And Inquisitors, these guys are from Zhongnanhai. We're all working to hunt down these assassins."
A crowd of PST agents pooled behind him, some sitting on top of BRDM-2 scout cars.
"Now," Flores continued, "The first thing we need to do is find the car the assassins were in. If they have any brains at all, they ditched it somewhere. It's probably still in the area, so let's start looking."
