The Federal Union was a member of the Codominion, the same as New Kirisubo was but she realised that they needed help and allies.

The small Earth like planet with the small population knew it could base a Federal Union fleet which would make it better known to the other CoDominion members but may also attract unwanted attention from others. still the protecton the fleet would give would outweigh the risks involved. there was also other side benefits that visiting military forces could bring as well.

she signed the document and gave it to the defence secretary as well to sign.

Both women having signed the request, the Taiko left the defence secretary to tell the Federal Union.

Kaede Omura sends a secure and encrypted transmission of a scanned copy of the document to the Fedral Union homeworld.

Having considered your request to base a space fleet on our homeworld I have the pleasure of informing you that the Taiko and myself agreed to the request.

Details will need to be worked out on when and how many ships will be arriving. We have some spare capacity in our orbital ship yard but most of your ships will need to remain in planetary orbit behind the defence asteroids.

The United States, is pleased that you have granted our request, we would also like to inform you that, we can build some docking facilities behind the asteroids if need be, we shall station one carrier fleet, and two destroyer detachments.

We are glad that you have accepted this and assure you that, you will not have reservations.

time passed and the New Kirisuban defence forces waited for the Federal Union fleet to arrive.

Some weren't too sure what to expect but they trusted their leader to have made a wise choice.

on the system ship 'Shiro' Admiral Yumi Nagano was on the bridge when her tactical officer picked up a fleet approaching the first tracking stations.

"according to the transponders they're Federal Union ships" the man reports

the Shiro is an odd looking ship. its basically two large round hulls on top of each other and large engines are built on the back of it so it can fly. its impulse power only but theres a separate matter/antimatter reactor to generate power for the weapons systems.

theres 4 of the large plasma cannons (the full version which would give any ship problems) as well as 30 plasma torpedo launchers and 10 smaller plasma beam weapons to track and destroy fighters and the like.

the top hull holds most of the weapons and the bottom hull is crew quarters and other facilities. its as large as TNG Romulan warbird.

The USS Charles F. Adams slowly glided in to the system, its majestic body gleaming in the light of the star, its grayish some what stained hull rushed towards the planet.

The rest of the 8th fleet followed suit, the huge swarm of large ships small ships tenders and other vessels flew in there entire presence dwarfing most around them, they had ominously large hulls, weapons like no other ship in the galaxy, even the massive engines on each of the ships could dwarf many small ships.

Mean while as the large grey, shining mass of ships flew in towards the star, the light bouncing off there hulls the bridge of the Charles F. Adams was busy.

The young commander looked out to the large panning view of the system, planets ships other stations he could see it all, or at least he thought this was all, he smiled as he looked out to the home of his new fleet, and even construction ships had followed to build new facilities to house the 8th fleet.

The con officer tapped a few holographic buttons on the brand new ships bridge, the spacious bridge had opened up a little to a blast window witch was rolled up, to let the view of the system come in.

The con officer looked up to the commander and said “ Sir shall I send a message?”

A message was sent” This is the USS Charles F. Adams, the 8th fleet has arrived as you can tell, we are ready willing and able to set up shop, and we thank you for your hospitality, We will hold a meeting onboard the Ticonderoga, which is our larger cousin, again we thank you.”

The comm. cut as the fleet floated in to its area of space.

Admiral Nagano picks up the transmission and replies by voice "This is Admiral Yumi Nagano of the Kirisuban Defence Fleet. I'll take a shuttle over to the Ticonderoga and we can talk in person"

she departs and the winged shuttle craft heads to the Ticonderoga.

"this is the Kirisuban shuttle Kuma requesting permission to dock" the pilot asks over the comms system.

ooc: Yumi is in her late 30's but still looks stunning with long black hair and blue grey eyes. She's wearing the defence fleet uniform which is all dark red and she's wearing a knee length skirt and tall boots instead of the trousers.
she also had a katana at her waist as well.

Admiral Nagano's comm badge goes off during the short flight to the Ticonderoga.

"its not everyday you get someone turning up asking to be an ally" Yumi replies back to the Shiro "tell the Doombringer they can dock at pylon four and that they can send a representative over. Captain Yoshinaka can look after them in my absence"

The Shiro's female comms officer relays the instructions to the very large Sephrioth ship and welcomes them to New Kirisubo.

while the Doombringer completes the manoever Captain Yukiko Yoshinaka waits at the airlock at pylon 4. She has one guard with her and wears the dark red uniform of the defence fleet and a katana in a belt sash.

The Doombringer docks at pylon 4 and the lift descends to bring the Sephrion representive to Captain Yoshinaka.

The door opens and Yukiko bows and introduces herself. "greetings your majesty" she says "and welcome to New Kirisubo. My name is Samurai Captain Yukiko Yoshinaka of the Kirisuban defence fleet.

there is to be a meeting with the newly arrived Federal Union fleet and if you follow me I'll take your there and then you can meet our new friends as well as Admiral Nagano"

he nods forgive me for bringing my weapon with me drass the light katana

Yukiko nods and replies "my Lord Kirisuban's are warriors like yourself. i carry a katana as well as you can see. If you follow me I'll take you to the meeting"

Yukiko leads the Warrior King to the shuttle port attached to pylon 4 and they enter the shuttlecraft.

"my Lord this journey won't take long" she says as she powers up the engines and takes off.

Captain Yoshinaka could see the Admirals shuttle about to dock with the Ticonderoga so she sent her own request to be allowed to dock.

"Ticonderoga control, this is Captain Yukiko Yoshinaka of the Kirisuban defence fleet requesting permission to dock. I have on board the leader of Sephrioth who also wishes to attend the meeting"

he reaced out with the force and asked what is taking so long

while the Kirisuban Captain waits for clearance she asks "My Lord, how did you hear about our system and how close an alliance would you be after?"

The Ticonderoga responded just then :

“Sorry for the long delay, our communication system is a little out of whack, and we need to tweak it, you have permission to dock in day 12”



Mean while In shuttle bay 12 the commander of the Ticonderoga, several flag officers and a delegate from tarren prime stood looking out, they all waited for the other delegates to board. (short post but it works)

Admiral Nagano's shuttle lands first followed by Captain Yoshinaka's shuttle.

the two women depart their shuttles and wait for the Warrior King to join them on the deck.

Admiral Nagano looks round the large bay and sees the officers ready to meet them.

"a mutual defence pact would be a good start for us" Captain Yoshinaka remarks back before introducing the Admiral to the warrior king.

Admiral Nagano bows and after listening to the offer says "I'd also go for that as well. we need all the friends we can get"

the warrior king said for give my being qeute i was thinking about my past his meddels glinted in the light

Admiral Nagano replies "theres no need to apologise. diplomacy can be a tricky business but what you've told us so far has us interested.

We would also be interested in a trade agreement with your homeworld as well as being allies with another warrior race. Details can be worked out later once my leader gets involved in the discussions."
