The Principality of Wilhelmsborough has authorized the construction of nine offshore platforms to be built in the Black Sea off the coast of the Crimean Peninsula. Each platform will be constructed about 30 miles from the mainland. Their purpose will be to keep watch for any enemy ships or aircraft that might be approaching.
These platforms will be constucted in the following locations:
Off the coast of:
Kerch
Feodosiya
Sudak
Alusta
Yalta
Alupka
Sevastopol
Yevpatoria
Kraznoperekopsk
No more than 20 military personel will be assigned to these platforms.
The platforms will be equipped with RADAR and SONAR detection systems. They will be defended by four heavy machine guns.
Construction will commence immediately.
These platforms will be constucted in the following locations:
