I am calling for assistance, to anyone who will listen. As of yesterday, Goostopia intelligence believed there was a conspiracy against the government. Today, what seems to be the Millenium Bug has been released into the computer network, and three volcanoes have thrust themselves up into our major cities. On top of this, my secretary has been assasinated and my house blown up. This is way over our heads, as in general we are a peace - loving nation and have little military. I repeat, we have need of any assistance that can be given.

Here is our situation.
All non- secure computer networks have broken down. 12, 000 are presumed dead from the volcanoes, while large parts of Goostopia's major cities are under terrorist, rebel or conspirator control. Coping with this, we have a meagre:
25 elite semimechanised shock troops
500 commandos
5000 general infantry
2500 national guard troops
1 tank unit (15 tanks)
250 armoured vehicles
7500 field medics
although these figures are projected to rise, as we will be recieving reinforcements from the far regions of Goostopia.
