To the President of the United States,
In light of recent events in Asia and to cultivate the blossoming friendship between the United States of Quintonnia and the People's Republic of China, Emperor Zhang would like to visit Washington to discuss various recent happenings, as well as future Sino-American co-operation.
Yours Sincerely,
Hu Jin Tao
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Quinntonian Dra-pol

OOC-I just want to point out that I am right now entering final exams and finishing up papers for this year of University, and I am committed to taking my sciences and my Hebrew language courses for the summer. This is code for “I am super freaking’ busy right now.” Just wanted to point out why things will be very slow in coming from me.
Oh, and FYI, we don’t have a President. Prime Minister, Parliamentary democracy.
IC-With the leadership race ongoing in Quinntonia it is difficult to get a straight answer from their Diplomatic Corps about a state visit.
The current Prime Minister, Vanessa Moerike, is in the middle of an election campaign in which she might not be the front-runner. After taking over for the late great Jesse Obed, she has not been able to demonstrate any clear leadership, and has had to face a leadership crisis in the Party.
With all of this going on, it is fairly impossible for a state visit to happen to Washington.
However, another option is offered, a state visit to Hamhung, Quinntonian Dra-pol. This would be hosted by Governor-Bishop Gerald Westgaard and could be used as a platform by our two nations to discuss this matter.
The Emperor is reminded that Quinntonia offered to form a three way military and economic alliance between itself, Japan, and China at one point, perhaps this is the time to bring that up again.
WWJD
Amen.
