Defence is a rather different issue than attack, especially to a highly warlike nation.

Theao is substantially larger(2.5 billion) than both of you combined. Otherwise you are 500 mill(aprox), 1010102 is 400 mill(aprox), M&M is 300mill(aprox).

Which is the reason Theao(or any of my other puppets(which are either in the 1.5 bill+ range, or too small) aren't really appropriate. The only one that's close to the request population range is M&M, and that's slightly on the small side.
