After the third Civil War of Oselet the country split apart. Osena, not able to hold on to Himleret, was pushed back passed Himleret's borders and into its own nation. Realizing defeat was inevitble, Osena used Nuclear weapons on its own soil, destroying most of Himleret's [I]and[I] Osena's forces. With the area still highly Radioactive, neither nation is able to attack the other. From then on the two nations kept uneasy peace. Finally, after years of this so called "peace" the two nations leaders met with each at one of the only uncontaminated areas. They spoke of ending there "War of Words." Suddenly both leaders were shot in the head. Thus this sparked the 5 Osena-Himleret war. With both nation amassing huge armys it seemed as though they would tare each other apart. Then the new leader of Himleret, Lord-General Eisenhower ordered the largest sea born invasion in the history of the world(pun eh'?). But before this could take place, Osena withdrew from the region. Thus, there was peace once more. Lord-General Eisenhower lead his people threw the Space Age and put the last bolt on the very first orbital station into place, assuring that Himleret would never be attacked again.

OOC:That depends, if you want full access with minimal fees al you have to do is endorse me and become an ally of Himleret. Not a protectorate but a good old fashoined ally. Trust me, i need the endorsment...and the Ally. other whys you own....1.5 trillion for the use of 10000 of them.

As for that alliance, I do need it. I'm currently on a worldwide hunt for terrorists after they nuked my largest city. (Search for a thread called, "Nuclear Attack on Pythogrian Lands!")
