An Official Agreement Between Madnestan and Eonopolis;
from the moment of signing to the undefined future.
1. Both participants commit themselves in moral, political, economical and military support of the other, in times of both peace and war.
Only exception to this rule is an unmistacable, obvious and agressive provocation on the behalf of another participant towards a third nation.
2. Both participants refuse to take part in actions against the other, neither in form of economical, political or military means.
3. Both participants agree to work in co-operation in their foreign policies, supporting each other.
Only exception to this is a situation in which the benefits of other are strictly against the benefits of another.
Both participants agree to do their best to avoid a situation like mentioned above.
4. Both participants agree to provide each other with all possible information, in all situations and no matter what that information is about. This includes all "secret" talks between a participant and a third nation, intelligence information as well as information conserning nations plans about any future desicions.
5. Both participants agree to support the other in all affairs and businesses this nation is lagging behind of the other.
The Madnestian Military Aid Program is to act as an antecedent and pattern-setting model of such support.
