We have made advances in recycling and reclamation technologies and we want your old junk, landfills, metal, and other useless stuff. In exchange for sending us junk we would like to test out our new toxic cleanup material if you have any toxic spills, radioactive leaks, and other problems.

We have new metal smelters, metal shredders, grinders for glass and other organic material, biobreak down vats, and other technologies we want to test.

If we choose to utilize your services, we would request to know if you'll cover shipping of the refuse, as well as what would be the rate of payment per metric ton.

We are offering a flat exchange. We will clean up your toxic messes in exchange for your junk. We will not cover shipping. We will pick up the material at designated dump sites. This will be easier for us and cheaper. We are an ocean going nation.

Unfortunately, that presents a problem, as we have no coastline, nor toxic spills. As there is no profit in it, we shall continue with our TR program. We wish you the best in your endevor.
