The People's Republic of Arbeiterreich, having completed its internal revolution against the bourgeoise Capitalist oppressors of our country, is now looking abroad to forge strong ties and links with fellow comrades in the ongoing strive for Marxist-Leninist liberation of the oppressed masses of the world. We wish to seek the support of other like-minded nations in the development of our nation as per the Marxist-Leninist ideals of social, cultural & economic advancement. To accomplish this, we wish to propose state-organised foreign trade within our State Economic Plans (SEPs), development of international relations and exchanges of diplomatic representatives, and economic advisers for the continuance of the development of our economic syste as per the ideals of the Marxist-Leninist system.

I got inspired by this communication to do something I have been holding off for a while as leader of my nation and that is to kick some commie butt!

So, with that in mind, let it be known to all dirty commies who stand against my proud nation of superior people that I have raided, sacked, and destroyed a few secret Communists Organizations who were operating underground.

As you all know, the Communist Party (and all other parties except for my own party, the Eonopolitan Pride Party) has been banned in my nation by popular decree. My people, they detest you red toting scoundrels, and so they will be present at the public execution of the most wanted commie in our land: Fern Lensky, the former Chairman of the Eonopolitan Communist Party.

All nations are invited to attent this event.

The People's Republic of Arbeiterreich condemns in the strongest terms this act by General Spano in oppressing the masses of his nation by murdering one of the Warriors of Marxist liberation in the final development of Marxist-Leninism worldwide. The People's Republic urges the General to reconsider; as a member of the military, General Spano could be the Vanguard of the working class and help in the liberation of the masses from Capitalist oppression.

Our analysts are considering our position with regards to the Whittier Pact, but at this moment feel that joining such an alliance would not be in our best interests. We do wish to continue developing friendly ties between our two glorious enlightened nations, and possibly reconsider our position at a later date.

From Geletia, a vast Indian Ocean continent divided between eighteen Celtic tribes and a foreign imperial outpost, one line of communication is cast into the new Arbeiterreich People's Republic. It comes, though, not from a sovereign entity but from the largest revolutionary body inside one of the eight tribal domains forcibly annexed together by the High King Adiatorix and his Parliament.

The Selgovae, known across Geletia's eleven million square kilometres as the Jungle Celts, were the last people to fall after an especially bloody resistance to the all-conquering Kingdom of the Geletians, and now they were amongst the first to have risen against it. Unlike popular resistance movements in the rest of the Kingdom, and left revolutionary groups in the independent Geletian lands, the Selgovae's fight was from a Marxist-Leninist-Maoist standpoint.

When a reply to Minister Frederik Grubel's communiqué was finally sent, it came from the Selgovae Red Branch, the blanket organisation orbiting Captain Difai Difa's Branch Army, a guerrilla force with over one hundred thousand full-time fighters and untold numbers of helpers and supporters in the population of over four-hundred and twenty million Selgovae.

An unnamed officer of the Selgovae Red Branch typed a document that was later smuggled from the Kingdom and taken by sympathisers to Arbeiterreich. The message was full of congratulatory language in reference to the people's revolutionary victory, but soon moved on to trade and co-operation.

The Red Branch Army was interested in beginning to prepare its fighters for the establishment of a free revolutionary state (which possibly would become part of a revolutionary commonwealth following the success of other revolutions across Geletia) with a modern army able to carry liberation to surrounding Geletian lands. To this end, Captain Difai Difa would suggest a tentative co-operation enabling some of his best soldiers to take part in the mechanised and aerial exercises in the People's Republic, which they could not do in their own war-torn jungles, preparing them for a time when it would be possible to establish a revolutionary air force and mechanised units. The Selgovae Red Branch for their part were coming day after day into control of more resources- rare hardwoods, jungle-sourced medical drugs, gold, other minerals and some fossil fuels, and were in a position to export some of these things.

The Red Branch hoped to sell some of these things to acquire currency for purchase of more arms, and, perhaps, to trade some of their resources for training in the People's Republic to turn partisans into modern soldiers. Supporting the Selgovae revolution, said the letter, could, some day, give the APR a friend in a Commonwealth of six and a half billion Geletians...

The Devlynian People's Oligarchy welcomes with open arms the nation of Arbeiterreich to the international community, and we are pleased beyond mere words that a fellow state has thrown off the capitalist oppressors and joined the ever-mightier socialist new order, proving that the socialist system is by far superior. We would be honored to host diplomats from Arbeiterreich in Devlynia, and look forward to a formal establishment of ties.

As to the disgusting nation of Eonopolis... we strongly condemn your killings of communists. They only display your nation to be lovers of hate and war, and may you meet the fate that such nations deserve. We find you laughable and unworthy of even the courtesy of a response from the DPO. Do not make this mistake again or you will suffer for it.
