Revered Modern Artist, Paul Zoregat, has been found hanged today in a very public execution at Administrative Square.

Our Dear Beloved Eternal Leader Who has Bestowed Upon Us Weak People the Gracious Gift of His Presence the Great General Dante Spano, was present at the execution.

General Spano delivered this message after the hanging:

"Our nation must move forward by destroying the past and present elements of a bad world we once had and are now developing. Let us do this quickly and without incidents, so as to improve the lives of all our great nations people! Long live Eonopolis! Long live its people! Long live the Reign of Greatness!"

John Still, Deltaran spy within Eonopolis, under a disguise, saw the execution in full view, disgusted by what he was seeing. Returning to his house, he filed his report to the DIS.

From here, the intelligence service forwarded it to an assistant of the the Foreign Affairs minister, showing it to an assistant of the King, who showed it to the King. It had reached the high echelons of power, and each and every step was disgusted. News was leaked to the Deltaran people, each finding it disgusting also (due to the freedoms that they enjoy). Some refused to believe such a thing could happen in todays world.

The King sent a message to the Eonopolis leader.

General Dante Spano,

I have come into the knowledge that there was a public execution (and more to follow) within your nation. I would first like to give you my views on this, and secondly some advice (which if you choose to accept or not is your choice).

I think this act, along with my people, is barbaric and makes my stomach turn. It is medieval, wrong and injust.

My advice then. Personally, I would say to stop this action if such people have done nothing wrong (as I accept reasoning behind capital punishment, just do not agree with it), but if they have and you policy is such punishment, then so be it. I strongly urge you to stop such punishment against people who have done nothing wrong.

Your letter was a direct threat to us, and you have no business whatsoever involving yourself with our nation's private matters.

As you may, or may not, know, my nation is currently embarking on a path towards the future by deleting nusiances and people in our country that are holding us back. And if you or any other nation wants to hinder that, then be prepared for a backlash.

Due to their disgust, already noted, at such atrocities, the troops within my nation our hyped up for war, so a backlash, although we would try to refrain from conflict in any case, would not be accepted.

I would like to correct some things. A dictator is a person with absolute power, such as yourself, a "one and only leader". Although technically a monarch, with this definition I would also be one.

My people have an outstanding civil rights record, enjoying freedoms like no other nation. If Deltara is a hellhole of a nation, I would certainly like to know what category yours falls under.

A title of "foreign oppressor", in my books, would fall upon such nations that attempt to physically force their ideas onto another nation. We are merely offering advice or alternatives to such actions. The alternative I offered would cover both what you want, and what I would wish.

I am sorry you feel like this, and that this has degenerated into pointless slander.

The spy network in Eonopolis was given one extra member, Phillip Oblivit. The Oblivit family was a respected one within the government, and Phillip was not one of the same way inclined, deciding on intelligence rather than a governmental position.

He met with another person on a quiet street corner.

Back at home, calls from the people for the King to move in to stamp out such a horrid person from power of Eonopolis were gaining strength. A rally was staged outside the palace where the King was presiding, in which 247,000 people were reported to have attended. It remained peaceful, and disbanded just before nightfall. Support for action is clear.

The trip was a short and uneventful one. The King, two agents and government officials (Minister of Foreign Affairs and Kings assistant) stepped off the plane to be greeted by the welcoming commitee.

The agents were surrounding the rear of the King, protecting him from threats instead of the Royal Guard. These agents were not military, but secret service. The King held out his hand in greeting.

Immediately, a situation arose.

The leader of the delegation (Minister of People Control) stopped the Deltaran delegation at the gate.

"Those men..." he said motioning at the men surrounding the King, "no. Not allowed here."

"They are merely here for personal protection and have offered me loyal service throughout the years, as they did with my father. They are unarmed I assure you. Think of them as government officials also, which they are." The King was getting suspicious.

Tensions were high already between the two nations, and being protected by foreign troops was not ideal, for his own safety. The two agents stood there blank faces as they had been before the comment, hands behind their backs, shoulders back and with suits, all black with shining black shoes.

The Minister of People Control laid out his nations ultimatum, "Either you send those secret agents back home, or the conference is off."

He continued, "If you wish tough, we can always send our leader to your country if this is causing too many problems."

The King attempted to explain himself. "These guards are unarmed, and are not to cause trouble nor offence, simply for protection." He paused. "Im sorry if this sounds... rather blunt and offensive, but between our two nations there is great tension. I simply do not feel safe within a nation which we have such a standing with, without such measures for protection. My heir has not finished education, which I am sure he will go through before taking resposibility such as this, and is too young to take the power. I am doing this for my nation and, if anything, my survival."

He was very prepared to call the whole thing off and travel back home. The two agents stood there still, unmoved.

"Surely you can let two unarmed secret service agents into your nation?"

It has come to our attention that in the sovereign state of Eonopolis an artist has been executed. The government has found him guilty, and so he is to be killed. That is what a responsible government should always do. Traitors and those who threathen the society and internal peace should and need to be taken care of. This is what The Dear and Eternal One General Dante Spano has done - protected his country from arts that he finds unstandable.

General Dante Spano began his trip to Reg'Noc Island with a slow depart from Administrative Square in his black limo.

The streets of Purpletripe were filled with admirers and supporters of the Dear Leader, wishing him luck in advancing the causes of thier nation at the Conference.

Khonsu Izakabad was already there. He waited for the delegation of all the nations involved. Meanwhile, he checked security. The island was safe from all but a full-scale military assualt or nuclear attack. Black Ops agents were everywhere, along with normal soldiers, not to mention tanks, artillery and RSTVs, as well as fortifications. Not only that, but it still looked like a tropical island.

General Spano had arried after a long and uneventful airplane ride to Reg'Noc Island.

He looked above at the blue skies of this tropical island, dotted with helicopters and military planes.

He was the first to arrive, ready for the Conference to begin

The Cravanian delegate arrived, Imperial Guards close behind.

Two Rafaele aircraft escorted the Emperor's personal DC-3 into the island, breaking of when they were a half-mile out. The landing was uneventful, and Emperor Droma, along with four black-robed security guards carrying long swords and four brown-uniformed guards with assault rifles, disembarked the plane.

Khonsu Iakabad welcomed everyone. "Welcome to the confrence. Now, for starters, we have prepared a supper. Once that's over, we'll start the actual politics. Help yourselves!"

The Cravanian delegate, the only one out of the group who wasn't the leader of their nation, sat quietly and ate his meal. He occasionally looked up to speak or laugh at a joke or two, but he remained very quiet.

In response to your referral to our nation as a "hell-hole", we have a bigger military, more spending in education, healthcare, and the environment, a stronger economy, and a more powerful currency.

And we still welcome refugees.

Warchief, who had stayed quiet all this time, thought it was finally the moment to step into this conversation.
"Dear General, I happen to have few SEJEM-regiments, they are my elite security troops for those who didn't know, ready to go. I could have them in your capital within a week, and within a month you would have no political opposition in your capital city. As some parts of my own population have noticed, SEJEM has the ability to not only find and eliminate dissenters in incredibly short time, but also to scare the living shit out of those who might have been planning something... This would spare you from this rather noisy and unsafe bombing that would inevitably result in some collateral damage."

Tamujid leaned over the table, towards the General his words were pointed at, and continued;
"All we need is a little camp in or near your capital city, and the permission to build an airport in there for our transport planes. We are also willing and prepared to provide your armed forces with equipment, funding and training to make sure those traitors in Eonopolis will not have the slightest chance of succeed."

Tamujid smiled and nodded, even though he wasn't used to be called "Madnestan", which was his country, not name. However, he was well aware how all the cultures are different, and he decided not to correct this sympatic general in front of him.

"Well, everyone, it seems that we now have a plan of attack. Once the assasination is complete and the leaders dead, we will land forces in the area via air. My orbital weapons can handle any major resistance, and everyone's armies should bring this under control very, very soon. I propose that we launch this attack within the week, perhaps even today."

"Preferably after few days. It takes some time to transport thousands of troops, even if they were in constant alert beforehand..."

"Certainly, deploy troops as soon as possible. But remember! Leave a small force behind to restore order!"

Tamujid laughed, which wasn't actually a very common event. With a boyish grin he replied; "Do not worry, General. I can assure you, I have enough military power to both support you and secure my own country. Now, excuse me for a second, I need to contact my staff to get the troops on their way." He rose from the table, walked few steps from it and took a big, special-made satellite phone from his assistant.

"I'll send in my covert teams first. When the initial strike is made, Dominion soldiers will come in via transport helicopter. I'll cover them using air supremacy, which will also weaken any resistance hot spots."

"Them", the most elite Special Forces Pythogria had to offer, were being loaded into a rocket to get to Orbital Command. Once launched, they were put into a space capsule and fired.

Looking like a meteor, the capsule landed in a field. The sixteen-person team jumped out of the capsule, and began the trek to the station.

The guards didn't know what hit them. They were gunned down, and the team slipped in, forming a position.

The Deltas were the elite of the Dominion SpecOps: a secret, stealthy squad that was unparralleled in supremacy. In other words, the right candidates to begin the operation in Eonopolis. Disguised as simple visitors, crossing in via bus, with deadly cargo concealed by loads of heat-absorbant material, the Deltas, all twenty of them, seemed unobtrusive amongst many others in Eonopolis. The group departed the bus after reaching the outskirts of the capital and regrouped to consolidate plans. The leader, Delta 1, laid out the plan.

"We're going to hit up one of the minor military constructs. A minor barracks is here" -he indicated on a small map- "where we can get some proper armaments. Any problems?"

A resounding "No sir." came from the other 19 Deltas. The first operation was set in motion.

OOC: Knowing Eonopolitan defense budjet and overall economy (a bit weaker than Burundi :p ) I doubt if they have too many radar stations in there... Or so would one assume, atleast.

Lieutenant General Rayga gave a look over the base his troops were building everywhere around him. It was located few kilometres from the Eonopolitan capital, on several medium high hills mainly. They had quickly dugged some trenches and firebases, then starting to establish a HQ. After that came the turn of the airport, a job they were now right about to finish. Hangars were up already, and two of the three runways were in useable condition already. Steady flow of enormous transport planes kep comming, unloading and heading back again, leaving hundreds of tonnes of supplies, vehicles, weapons, and food behind.

Of the troops committed to here. Rayga had the 16th SEJEM-regiment here, as well as the bulk of 5th Guards Armoured Division. One independent pioneer brigade had been deployed beforehand to prepare the base area, and it had been mainly responsible for the building of airport and other more complicated buildings also. Currently, he had around 35,000 men in here, but more and more kept coming every day. When the transport of troops would be completed, Madnestan would have 14,600 SEJEM soldiers and 86,000 troopers of the armed forces securing both internal and international security of the poor country. Besides these, some airforce units were propably going to be sent in also.
At the moment, several helicopters of the 150th Air Assault Battalion were the only flying warmachines Madnestan had in here.

Six engines of one of these colossal transport planes made the earth shake, but also caused a great wind that blowed the papers on Lt.Generals desk to all directions. His adjutant and some guards started immediately collecting them, and Rayga smiled thinking what these guys must have thought about his idea to work outside, so close to the air base. The noise was terrible, and this wasn't the first time when some plane guided its landing glide right over their heads. But Rayga was used to work in noisy, messy conditions. This felt more like a combat zone than a clean office, and therefore his men just had to get used to work outside.
His adjutant brought the papers back on to the desk, but the one on top of the pile wasn't the same he had previously read. This one was about the troops, unit histories and quality measurings as well as the equipment and weapons they had. With great interrest he started to read them through. 5th Armoured was one of the elite Guard divisions, best his nation had to offer. It was heavily equipped, with plenty of self-propelled artillery and almost 350 MBT's. It was a real "Armoured fist" like their Father, belowed Warchief, called his armoured formations.
Most of it's men had experience from atleast two wars, North Mack's and Darvainian Civil Wars. Oldest officers and NCO's had taken part in the Smobarian Incidents also. In every conflict, this unit had performed extremely well under even the hardest conditions. It was a group in which he, and the Eonopolitan government, could surely rely on.
16th SEJEM-regiment, as well as 17th, 18th and 20th that were to be deployed later were somewhat different in their status, equipment and training. They, like said, were security forces first and foremost. SEJEM regiment had 3650 men, 2/3 of them in wheeled 4rd Generation transport vehicles, rest in heavy IFV's. They didn't have armoured support, neither artillery, but as infantry and individual fighters they were very impressive in their speed and effectivenes. Their main speciality, the most original charasteric was their marksman training that aimed always to the ehad. SEJEM were trained to shoot between the eyes, in every situation a firearm was to be used. This was especially good ability when controlling riots.

Tired to reading already, Rayga straightened his back and rose up. Walking down towards the runways, where a new battalion was beeing unloaded he mumbled to himself; "...with this much power, our main problem will most propably be the plain boredom."

Shots rang out, and the brain tissue of the leaders of Eonopolis rained down on the horrified spectators. Doors of nearby buildings burst open as men armed with CG-36C carbines came rushing out, informing those in the square they would not be harmed if they complied with orders. The men secured the square, and waited for further orders from command.

General Dante Spano emerged into the palace in Administrative Square a proud man, he now had control of his nation.

He watched as the bodies of the former regime were carried off the bloodied balconies, but this did not deter the General from issuing the following proclamation to the crowd in the square:

"People of Eonopolis, this is a new day. The former regime, that regime which promoted dictatorship, and hate, is gone. This is the day we shall all remember as the day we gained our lives back, the day we regained our hard earned freedom!"

"But remember there are still some in this country who do not want you to have your lives back, they either want you to be living in a poverty wretched Communist state, or to simply secede from out proud nation. There are even some who still support the former regime, wishing every day that their once glorious reign might be restored. Pythogrian troops landed at various airports in full force to protect the nation. Their forces included the new XS-1 "Exmortis" Supertank. A full 500 of them patrolled the capital, showing off their twin railguns, four SAM launchers, and four missile launchers intended to attack other tanks and infantry, not to mention three coaxial .50 caliber machine guns and four machine guns on the roof. The nation would soon be secure.

MESSAGE FROM GENERAL DANTE SPANO TO ALL FOREIGN TROOPS IN EONOPOLIS:

It has come to my attention that, to no surprise, massive riots have broken out in Northern Eonopolis.

The previously underground group "Freedom from Eonopolitan Control", has now surfaced into a full-fledged terrorist backed group for independence.

Help requested from foreign troops to quash riots and restore order in Northern Eonopolis

"Yessir!". Young lieutenant of the Army Aviation Force turned on his heels and left to fullfil his orders. The man who had given those orders, Lt.General Rayga, turned back to the long and wide Operational Map Desk, as it was called, and pointed a spot some kilometres from the Northern border of Eonopolis.
"Here is the town I sent him to do recon over. Hopely the enemy will not have any anti-air devices... It would be embarrasing to lose a copter on the first day of action..." he said, still looking at the spot.
"That doesn't seem likely", veteran Colonel of the Army Intelligence replied.
"They're barely more than an armed mob. I still no reason to delay our ground operation."
Rayga raised his head and stared the man, warning in his eyes.
He didn't like to get criticized in front of his staff, but on the other hand, Colonel did have a point. Therefore he answered, forcing a smile on his face; "I know that. It's exactly the reason it is me who's in charge, not you. I don't want to lose any men to an unexpected RPG ambush and time to unsuspected roadblocks simply because I didn't bother to fly flew recon copters over the area."

Colonel blushed and turned his head down, looking at the map again.
"I see... Sir" he mumbled.
Rayga gave a look over the room, and met the eyes of about twenty officers in it. He saw confidence and trust in them, and the forced smile on his face changed to a natural one.
"Right. You know the situation. Those rebels must be crushed, this is exactly a situation we were sent here for. Combined Group "Fydron"(consisting one strengthened armoured and regiment and a mechanized one) flanks secured by 60.Border Guard Brigade (light infantry) will clear the way. 16th, 17th and 20th SEJEM will follow, clearing the villages and towns taken by the advance guard. Rest of the 5th Armoured will come a bit behind, acting as a reserve. 150. Air Assault Battalion shall be now let out to test their new toys (*laughing in the room*) as they provide air support. Any questions?", he ended the operational descprition.
No one replied, so continued.
"Good. We shall move from the camp 6:00 tomorrow morning. And before you go... remember one thing. They are only rioters, so Laws of War don't protect them. Our mission was to "use all means necessary" to keep the country stabile. I don't want you to do unnecessary slaughtering, but there is no need to spare bullets when they refuse to follow your orders. Strength and Honour!"
"STRENGTH AND HONOUR!", his unit coommanders answered, and left the room. Rayga sat back on his chair, litting up a cigarette. He raised his foots on the map desk, and waited.

Khonsu Izakabad woke up with a start at the "You've got Mail!" noise from his coputer. Checking the message, he realized riots had broken out in northern Eonopolis. He called one of his generals.

"Hello, this is The Supreme General speaking. Massive riots have broken out in northern Eonopolis. Silence them."

"Where are they?"

"Coordinates... 0.654, 8.762."

"Armament?"

"Unknown. Most likely just small arms."

"How do you want us to deal with them?"

"Ask nicely, but if they start shooting, fire back."

"Yes sir. I'll order the troops."

"I've recieved orders from Khonsu." he told his staff. "We are to silence the riots in northern Eonopolis, coordinates 0.654, 8.762. We are to ask nicely then blow their brains out. Questions?"

XC-1 APCs rolled along the roads.

One of the troops in the first one sighed. "More riots. I get pulled out of SAD to face more rioters."

Another replied. "Well, you are in the military, you know."

"Well, yeah, but..."

The intercom buzzed. "PROTESTORS SIGHTED. SURROUND THEM AND TELL THEM TO STAND DOWN. IF THEY SHOOT, SHOOT BACK."

The infantry burst out of the APC's and soon surrounded the rioters.

"STAND DOWN OR BE DESTROYED." was the message given to protestors.

OOC:This is ridiculous. We both see/saw what you posted, and I don't understand what is this yabbling about. This is the clearest example of a godmodding possible. Anyways, not that it had it any massive consequenses or anything, I'm sure that the revolts are easily crushed and everything, but it feels incredibly stupid to write with even the slightest effort for some sort of a serious RP when "They were ambushed and annihilated"-type of post is coming right after it.

Riots have intensified in Northern Eonopolis, more backup requested.

Dominion forces had entered upon reports of successful campaigning in the capital, and with the reports of the rioting in Northern Eonopolis, the big guns were rolled in.
Along the roads in Northern Eonopolis, several flamethrower tanks and machine gun Armor Platforms (OOC: Like a tank with only MGs, used for anti-infantry) rolled down the main transportation areas. Resistance was light, and one section of organized resistance had been met, but the protesters hadn't had the power to break through the armored units, or the primary armor and troop carrier column following somewhat behind, and had come to nothing.

MESSAGE TO FOREIGN TROOPS IN EONOPOLIS:

My recomendation, at least for a short time, is that we establish concentration camps in Northern Eonopolis for troublemakers.

Now when I say the word concentration camps, do not get images of horrible places where people are tortured in every war and sent to die, think of it more like a prison where we can keep some order.

Then I suggest you use the term "Internment Camps" for better public opinion.

Pythogria will bring it's MHU's (Massive Housing Units) to produce some camps. And call them something else. Those words small of Hitler and Nazis.

Lt.General Rayga didn't exactly like this idea. Consentration camps... He was a field commander, a man whose job it is to lead elite troops against armed enemy. These pathetic protesters weren't worth the word "enemy". They were just some shit his forces had rolled over during these last few days. Artillery barrages, helicopter attacks and heavy armour felt like horrible waste of good ammunition, fuel and money.
Their losses had stayed minimal, but several villages and little towns had been turned to rubble and even more somewhat damaged. Advancing army units had killed hundreds and captured thousands, handing them over to SEJEM, which immediately executed "provocators" and those who had been carrying a firearm when captured.

Rest, approximately 20,000 at the moment, were building their own prison camps under the carefull guard of Madnestian security troops. Rayga had been ordered to follow the requests and suggestions of Eonopolitan leadership as far possible, and therefore he started to build camps instead of just shooting or letting these poor bastards away, even though the idea of such camps appeared to him as a very unpleasant one. His main forces, Light Infantry and Combined Groups that is, continued to clear more area while SEJEM regiments patrolled the already secured villages and guarded the swarms of prisoners.
The numbers, numbers of people brought in these camps and people died in there, kept growing every day.

OOC: If you make the camp right nobody's going to die, you know.

OOC: I know that. And even though my commander doesn't, the SEJEM officers naturally know it too. But when there's the slightest unrest, smallest sign of unwillingness to cooperate, even the smell of thoughts about escaping, they fire. In the head. Someone falls down in the heat and exhaustion, he is shot. Someone cries for his fallen friend, he is shot too.

This means that people do die, no matter how well the camp is built ;)

OOC: So you're a tyrant is what you're saying. If Pythogria finds this out they WILL intervene.

I mean, my leaders sign is "Warchief Tamujid, The Minister of Everything" and I always support those who are accused of beeing mean when they shoot their own citizens. Not that Warchief was bloodthirsty, but in his opinion "Government owns the people" and that's it. His security forces, the SEJEM, are grown to believe in this motto, too.

The Dominion forces were perfectily content with the camp idea and solution, seeing how numerous labor camps were established for conquered foes and criminals throught the Amazonian Dominion. While the other pacifiers worked to construct and establish the camps, the Dominion forces on the ground worked on the pacification problem itself, rounding up and subjugating the resistance which still remained.

Ours are basically big units which house about 10,000 people each, and are modular.
