King Lukan sits on his throne, stroking his beard, thinking over his ideas. His nation has been newly-founded, so they are in need of some allies to keep them from being wiped out already.

With the military still being trained, he only had a few people posted along his borders. He arranged for a Galaxy-wide telegram to be sent.

To all who receive this,

The Kingdom of Chan Chubar is in need of trustworthy allies. Our Nation has just been founded, and so our borders are weak. We would like to offer you a chance to join me and my family at a banquet. I await your reply with trepidation

Not long after they received the invitation, they heard of Talidonia's acceptance. Humph. Now they would need to go under an alias. The 'Empire of Carthago' dispatched a vessel.

The Kazeci Super Cruiser arrived in only half of its glory. Cloaking its true identity and replacing it with a mimic field, the vessel appeared angular and harsh. We have come for the banquet. We do so in peaceful hopes for future relations. We also offer membership in a grand alliance where your people, despite their numbers, would be treated equal and respected, fostered and protected.

The vessel didn't land, it couldn't land, it sent a shuttle instead. The thing had belonged to many before it would up with its current owner- just another precaution.
