The country of Hayord is, as of today, is selling some specially made rockets developed by it's scientists.

Rocket Name: HRAR - Hayord Rocket Angling Rocket
Why It's So Special: In the name, it says, "Rocket Angling". What that means is, it means that the rockets, or boosters, thrusters, whatever you call it. BUT. That's not all. Using extra tough metal, four 'pouches' have been added near the boosters. They hold fuel, enough to travel 3,000 miles.

Extra magnetic metal has been added in strategic loatcions, and different strucuaral changes applied to the sides so that different nuclear platforms can hold these missles. The Hayord Nuclear Orbital Platform (HNOP) has such technology, and it can be applied easily.

Just now developed: Where the explosives would be put, it has been hollowed out so you can put in your own chemical.

JUST RECENTLY DISCOVRED: The ewxtra strong hull of the HRAR allows it to go into water, moving at slows speeds with slow bursts of fuel. In the recent tasts, the radar and cameras survived the atmosphere. This is the same as any rocket, no matter the modifications.

Prices
Regular Nuclear Missle: $8 Million
Chemical Missle with Ability to add Own Chemical: $17.5 Million
Technology for Holding Missle: $12 Million

NOTES:
I DO NOT HAVE A PICTURE.
IF YOU HAVE A POPULATION UNDER 150 MILLION, YOU CANNOT BUY THIS TECHNOLOGY.
PLEASE, TELL ME IF I NEED TO RAISE OR LOWER PRICES.
IF SUCH TECHONOLOGY IS USED AGAINST YOU, IT WILL NOT BE OUR FAULT. WE ONLY SELL, NOT USE, UNLESS WE HAVE REASONS.

OOC: A regular cruise missile costs $1 - $2 million USD, I don't think any missile costing over a quarter trillion is feasible to mass-produce. I'd recommend cutting the cost by a factor of about 100,000, going to $2.5M for the nuke, $4.5M for the chemical missile, and $7.5M for the tech to hold the missile.

Then what's a good price?

OOC: I would recommend $8 million for the nuke missile, $17.5 million for the chemical warhead, and $23 million for the holding tech. That way the small countries that are the most frequent buyers in stores will be able to afford it.
