Police force isn't big either.
Military is pretty small about 7,000
focused mainly on infantry. minimal mechanization or airforce. small navy. two destroyers and a carrier

The Rogue Nation of Cuddly Porcupines:
pop: 40 million
Focus on defence is moderate, Hefty police numbers.
military I would imagine would be around 10,000
Mainly soldiers there with a few destroyers. A smallish number of tanks, choppers and aircraft.

The Armed Republic of The clangers army
just look at the name
pop: 16 million 'Hard nosed'
Big police force
Large army around about 20,000+
Focus on tanks and Aircraft and Carriers
heavily mechnized.

The Armed Republic of The airborne divisions
another army country
pop: 12 million
big police force
large army again 20,000+
focus on aircraft and paratroopers
ground troops almost entirely mechanized

The Republic of MrMorgan
pop 32 million
huge police force
largish army 10,000+
focus primarily on infantry with some mechanization and airforce.

The Nomadic Peoples of Crazy Arrakis Fremen
pop: 9 million
large police force
large extremely tough army 20,000(the crazy fremen)
focus almost completely infantry- extremely tough crazy beserk.

armies are based on your government policies.
take population, patritism, consription, police, and predicted army size, military service and how your army is theoritically concentrated.

Armed Bubble dragons will be 46 (this should be interesting a rebel nation next to the biggest....)

Quirky Qwanda shall be 48 (chilly countries)

and when I move it I wish to have sticky bomb as a scarcely populated number 6.
