Today a couple and their three children were found dead on their house on a jewish neighborhood. The couple in question was fighting against the recent wave of racialism that is spreading through Wolfensland. The incident happened only two hours after the 1st Wolfenslander Abteilung started setting up barricades on the exits of the district. According to witnesses, a military truck stopped in front of the house and five men, dressed in W.A. uniforms, entered the house. Some witnesses claim that they heard a little girl screaming on the inside just a few minutes before the men went out of the house. "It was terrible, i could hear she screaming from my house like two blocks away", says one unindentified witness. The commander of the 1st Wolfenslander Division said "I can't discuss this operation with the press, but i can assure you that this brutal murder had nothing to do with our presence here. These so-called witnesses are part of an angry minority who is trying to destabilize the government". Also this morning, Wolfensland have resigned from United Nations, which may rise some suspicions on the government's intentions. Recently the government has suffered a lot of pressure from most of the population, and, in order to protect the "Wolfenslandic Genetic and Cultural Heritage", the government has passed several racialist laws, giving privileges to the "true Wolfenslander".

Prince William looked at the reports of "racialism" from Wolfensland. It struck the Prince that racialism was much different from racism. Racialism is more of an emphasis on the perceived social and cultural differences between races of people. It focused more on racial pride, and identity politics.

This was much different from racism, which is at its heart deals with matters of racial supremacism with harmful intent.

What had happened to that Jewish family was certainly not racialism as racialism only argues that differences between races exist. This was racism, plain and simple. One race of people wanted to keep another race down.

The Prince shook his head as he read further that shortly afte news of the murders shocked the country, Wolfensland pulled out of the UN.

He put down the paper and looked out the window. From his office he could see the setting sun casting bright colors over the Black Sea.

"Mr. President, we have a problem." He said, before dropping a few papers on the president's oak desk. "A lot of nations responded to the murder of that family."

"Yes, i tought they would. Damn press." Answered Randall.

"That's not all, sir. Look at this." The man said as he turned on the TV on the president's office.

"This is outrageous! What is going on with this country?! Since when do they lockdown entire neighborhoods without the congress' permission?! The president is out of his mind!" A man in his late 50s was speaking to the congress.

"Arrest him. The last thing that this country needs right now is an angry congressman talking about my mental sanity. Be discrete this time." The president said, before he started reading the telegrams.

"Yes Sir." The man answered, calmly.

"We need more time..." Randall said, as he read the threats of intervention.

"I have an idea sir." The man said.

A few hours later, on the TV...

"We are relieved to announce that we have captured the murderers of the Horowitz family." A man, dressed in a black military uniform with the W.A. insignia said, and the camera showed five men, dressed in W.A. field uniforms being escorted by 2 W.A. officers. "These men belong to an isolated fascist and racist faction on the army. Now that they have been captured, they will be taken to trial and may face the death penalty. The 1st Wolfenslander Abteilung is deeply ashamed of having such people on its ranks, and will look for and arrest other possible members of this faction."

By Executive Authority 67, I hereby authorise a discreet recon mission into Wolfensland by an Imperial Guard recon team. They are to go in without any, I repeat any markings. No dog tags, no identification, nothing. They cannot be traced back to us. I want them armed with easily accquireable weapons and not Cravanian manufactured weapons. As I said, they cannot be traced back to us. Covert insertion is to occur by sub at night within the next three days, and they are to be extracted three days afterwards. They are not to engage any Wolfenslandian troops unless directly threatened, and are to remain unseen. I will leave the rest of the planning of this operation to you.

If a diplomatic commission is not agreeable the Kramden will evaluate the actions of your government using all available news and intellegence sources available to it.

Secret IC:
A military officer walked into the Emperors chambers. he stood there, waiting for the Emperor to aknoledge his existance. Mr. Loak finally looked up at the young officer and nodded at him.

Officer: "Sir, our records indicate that the military in the Nation of Wolfensland has a facist dictator in command of the country. The UN reports state that he might attempt to bring back the Reich like many have before him."

George: "Alright. So what we have is a psycotic dictator who is bent on world domination." He paused for a second and then pointed at he door. "I want you to get the joint cheifs together, but only the military ones, and have them meet me in my office in 30 minutes for a meeting."

Officer: "Yes, Sir."

The young officer saluted crisply and then walked out of the room. George then leaned back in his desk. God damn these retarded dictators and their stupid ideas on world domination. He then looked around and grabbed his soda on the far size of his desk. I really wished that this shit didn't have to happen. Now we have to take things into our own hands.

The submarine approached the coast, being sure to keep away from the eyes of patrolling Wolfenslandian ships. Onboard were four highly trained Imperial Guardsmen. However, you wouldn't be able to tell if you tried. The four men were dressed in camo patterns usually used by partisans in areas like this, and they were armed with weaponry that couldn't possibly be traced back to Cravan, for they were so common throughout the world. All four were volunteers, and all four were prepared to live off of the land. Their objective was to gather intel on military installations in the country, and were ordered to use force only when needed. It was preferable if they just didn't fire at all.

The group's commander, a lieutenant, walked into the armory. He lifted his P90 from the rack, and loaded the weapon. His other two squadmates did the same, while his designated marksman lifted his PSG-1 and slammed in a magazine. The team, although armed with foreign weaponry, had the most sophisticated equipment availiable outside of Cravan's borders.

"Okay team. You've had the briefing. We're being inserted by night. The sub should be on the surface by now, so we're to report topside. We'll board a raft, and move in under the cover of darkness. In three days, we'll move across the border and be extracted by helo. Questions?"

One of the Guardsmen noted he had a question.

"Yeah?"
"What if we're discovered, Boss?"

The lieutenant looked into his eyes.

"We raise all hell. Any other questions?"

Silence.

"Alrighty. Let's get going."

Within an hour, the raft was away, and the sub was once again under the sea and leaving the coast. So far they had managed to avoid detection. So far.

Sturmführer (Lieutenant) von Schnaube had just entered the Broadcasting Room. It was used to broadcast messages to the loudspeakers placed on strategic places on all major cities. The official purpouse of the loudspeakers were to broadcast emergency messages, but it was now used mostly to broadcast nationalist propaganda. The lieutenant sat in front of a metal desk, where there was only a microfone and a few papers. He grabbed one of the papers and started reading it out loud on the microfone.

"Good Morning, comrades. I have a very important message to you today. We, the people of Wolfensland, the true Wolfenslanders, the ones who turned this frozen island in such a great nation, cannot let ourselves be dominated by these foreigners who are threatening us for doing the right thing for our people. The right thing, brothers and sisters, is to lock down these impures! They take our jobs, they contaminate our race, and now they are trying to destabilize our government! We cannot let them do this! We MUST keep these people, these non-Wolfenslandic people away from us! They are filling our heads with conspiracy theories, saying that the government don't have the right to do this! They are right about one thing, the government doesn't have the right to keep the impures away, the government has the DUTY of doing so! And if any nations continues to threaten us, we shall all rise against them, because this is OUR nation, and we will not let it fall into imperialist hands! Remember brothers and sisters, divided we will fall, but united we will stand and resist the enemy!"

"General Officer!" Someone shouted, as soon as a man, dressed in a black W.A. uniform entered the room. His shoulder straps indicated that he was a Oberstgruppenfuehrer, the highest rank below the Supreme Commander of the Wolfenslander Divisions.

"Gentlemen!" The man started talking. "I need you to relay an important message to all battalions. Yellow alert, all units on stand-by. Defense Protocol Tiger! That is all." As soon as he finished speaking, he left the room, and the technicians started relaying the message.

The president was sitting on his chair, reading military strenght reports, when a man in his mid 30s dressed in a black uniform with the WA insignia came in. The shoulder straps on his uniform indicated that he was a Oberführer in the Wolfenslander Divisions, but he acted as both an Advisor and a Bodyguard.

"Mr. President, the 1st Wolfenslander Division is on yellow alert, and awaiting your orders." The man said.

"Good. Have you read these telegrams already? It looks like your idea worked, after all, Hans." The president said.

"Yes sir. What about West Cedarbrook's proposal?" The man asked. "I think we should let them come, as a sign of good faith."

"I agree...But make sure your people keep those democrats shut while they're here."

"Yes sir." The Oberführer said, leaving the room.

About the resistance groups, there aren't any armed resistance groups yet, but the Wolfenslandic Democratic Party is starting a pacific resistance movement. They may help you out. Here's a heads up on my military capabilities. The 1st Wolfenslander Division, that is on stand by have about 900 Leopard 2A6 MBTs; Some 16.000 men scattered through several mechanized infantry battalions equiped with Piranha IV APCs (Local Designation SdKfz. 6); Mi-24 Hind E and F helicopters and a squadron of upgraded Mi-17 Hip and they carry SIG 550 rifles. I'll post a full report on my other units later, but right now, this is all you need to know. ;) )

They had been in Wolfensland for barely two hours, and they already had scouted and mapped a base. It appeared to be a minor weapons dump, but it was an accomplishment. They went deep into the woods, and set up a small camp. Two were always on guard, while the other two slept. They would do some more recon this evening and sleep during the day.

Official Imperial Message of the Empire of Kravania

To: All Nations

The Empire of Kravania has seen these series of events unfold and furthermore that this can spiral out of control and into a full blown war.

The Empire will offer a solution to ALL parties involved in this series of events:

1.) The Empire will take, as refugees, ALL individuals in Wolfensland who are not of pure Wolfenslandi blood, into the Empire.

2.) Upon the arrival of those refugees, the refugees will lose their Wolfenslandi Citizenship, become Imperial Subjects of the Empire and swear an Oath of Loyalty to the Empire and the Emperor.

3.) In return, those refugees, upon their intergration into the Empire, shall have the FULL protection the Empire offers to ALL of it's Imperial Subjects. They shall never again have to suffer because of their race, ethnicity and religion or lack of thereof.

4.) If Wolfensland shall agree to points 1 to 3, then the Empire shall defend Wolfensland from any acts of agression by any hostile nations. For acceptence of points 1 to 3 shall mean that Wolfensland has done it's part to uphold the respect and security of racial minorities.

Wolfensland must understand the world is against it, thus accepting the reasonable demands of the Empire will do it many favours.

If Wolfensland would be foolish enough to reject this wise offer and continue it's policy of targeting racial minorities, the Empire shall take action against the regime in Wolfensland and the FULL might of the Imperial Armed Forces shall be brought upon Wolfensland.

The Empire asks all nations to support this position and to bring about a conclusion to this potential source of conflict.

It was their first full night of recon, and the men walked silently through the woods. Their guns were at the ready, silencers attached. Handsignals were the only form of communications, and their advanced night vision gave them the ability to see nearly everything within a sizable distance of themselves.

They could tell there was a town or villiage just to the north, and where there is a town there usually isn't a high priority military installation. They continued on, and the commander took out his encrypted GPS and satellite photos they had been issued of the area. It had been determined there was a small base towards the northeast of their position, and they moved with great speed and little noise.

Several miniutes later, they arrived. One of the Guardsmen took out a pair of binoculars with a high power digital camera in them, and snapped some pictures of the base. It appeared to be a refueling depot, and some Mi-24 Hinds were on the ground. They stayed for a few more miniutes, noting the amount of men they saw and the amount they believed were inside the barracks.

The lieutenant made a hand signal to move on, and they did. They creeped through the darkness silently, and kept their heads low.

"Mr. President, looks like my people convinced the congressmen. They have approved the political reform proposal." The man said.

"Very good." The president said. "What about that proposal from the Empire of Kravania? I think we should take it... We are in not ready for war anyway...At least not yet."

"I agree, sir. The Werhmacht reestructuration will take some time. We only have the WA ready." Answered Beckenbauer

"Good. Send them a telegram. Also, make sure you clean Wolfenshafen and Neu Berlin before West Cedarbrook's comission arrive." The president ordered.

"Yes sir." Beckenbauer answered, before leaving the room.

Male Anchor: "It looks like the situation is getting out of hand in Wolfensland. Today the congress passed a bill giving full powers to the president, who is now being referred as the "Führer und Reichskanzler" and allowing him to approve laws without the consent of the congress. Despite the international pressure, it looks like the Wolfenslandic government continues its march to a dictatorship."

Emperor Constantine I was in his office, reading the new reports of the growing levels of civil unrest and political polarisation in Wolfensland. The Emperor had already read the official response from the Wolfenslandi Special Advisor to President Randall, Beckenbauer, to the Empire's message to Wolfensland.

The Emperor threw Beckenbauer's response in the bin, for he knew it was one of the Wolfenslandi regimes manipulations and that it did not reflect the now openly official policy of the Wolfenslandi regime's, of provoking civil unrest for whatever reasons they had in mind.

The Emperor could see the instability that the policies of the regime of President Randall were causing, not only inside of Wolfensland, but also of the instability that Randall was causing in the international community. What worried the Emperor, was not so much that Randall was using his army to not only persecute ethnic and racial minorities inside of Wolfensland, but that he was now using his army against his own people. The Emperor calculated that President Randall was not a stupid man, thus Randall was either insane and killing people at random or he had a plan, unknown to the wider world, where Randall could provoke an international crisis for his own ends.

Whether Randall was an insane tyrant or a calculating manipulator, the Emperor saw that if an international crisis does arise from this, war and military action by other nations was an almost certainty. The Emperor saw that this could be bad for the Empire, for in this lay the potential for one of the nations to secure dominance, both politically and military, should war arise. This was made worse by the fact that a nation that was hostile to the Empire or one of the allies of the Empire, could be the nation that secures it's advantage in this very conflict.

Thus the Emperor, in his eternal duty to protect the Empire's interests and to uphold the power of the Empire and it's allies, came to the conclusion that a pre-emptive war against Wolfensland was the only rational and logical course of action left to the Empire.

The Emperor thus had his PA call in his Foreign Minister, Defence Minister and the chiefs of the three sections of the Imperial Armed Forces, all of whom would begin preperations for the upcoming war against Wolfensland.

After a few hours, Imperial Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lord Micheal Duchet, Imperial Minister of Defence, Lord Johannus Pavos, Field Marshall Adam Kruger (Army), Grand Admiral Nicholas Horthy (Navy) and Grand Air Marshall Victor von Habsberg (Air Force); were all present in the imperial conference room.

Emperor Constantine I: "I would like to thank all of you for attending on such short notice. I cannot stress to you the importance of this meeting, for the first war that the Empire will fight will begin in this very room. You have all been informed of the purpose of this meeting, why we are going to war against Wolfensland and the importance of this war, for the interests of the Empire and the balance of forces in the global order under which we all live. Thus I think, to start off with, the three branches of the Imperial Armed Forces shall present to us their strategies for a plan of attack and an invasion."

Field Marshall Adam Kruger: "I believe that for the ground assault on Wolfensland, that it should be a large invasion, rather than an initial small attack to secure a beachead, for that exposes our military forces to wave upon wave of enemy counter-attacks, which do have the advantage of calling up reserve forces in a small amount of time. They have that advantage for two reasons, first, if you look at the map of Wolfensland, you can see that their military forces are more or less spread evenly, with a naval, army and air force base in each region of Wolfensland. Thus there are no exposed weak spots. Secondly, the enemy would be fighting on home soil, thus they can bring their reserves in a quick amount of time, whereas the Empire shall have to ship their forces up to Wolfensland, until we capture their airports, hopefully fully intact, thus giving us a logistical advantage. I propse a two frontal attack, againts the Wolfenslandi regions of Oderland, in the North West and Zentrale Gegena, in the middle of the nation. Also within this field of operations, the capture of the island of Weibwalsberg, off the coast of the centre of Wolfensland. This would give us two distinct advantages. Firstly, we make the enemy fight on two front and given that their military forces are also having to quell civil unrest, they will either have their forces stretched thin or if they devote the bulk of their forces to our attacks, the nation could collapse from within as civil unrest would follow, if the Wolfenslandi people see an opportunity with the troops out of the way, they could, with ease start and uprising. Secondly, by capturing the island of Weibwalsberg, we can cut off their acces to the sea and gain naval advantange. The Imperial Army's special forces, the Wolf Packs, can assit the Imperial Navy in taking the island and securing the base intact, thus allowing our Imperial Navy to set up base."

Grand Admiral Nicholas Horthy: "The Imperial Navy shall work with our Army to achieve the attack and capture of the island of Weibwalsberg. This should be our first objective. The Imperial Navy's second objective will to simply be to escort our forces to Wolfensland and then use our battleships to carry out cruise missile attacks on coastal enemy targets."

Grand Air Marshall Victor von Habsberg: "The Imperial Air Force shall have three duties, supply the Imperial Army with reinforcements and supplies, bomb enemy targets with priority to be given to AA systems/naval defences/military supply factories and depots/oil and gas depots/power stations and all government buildings and all plolice buildings, to engage enemy jet fighters. These three duties will give us the ability to destroy the governments ability to function across Wolfensland and to make easier the chances of the Wolfenslandi people carrying out and uprising against Randall's regime, thus allowing us to fill the void."

Emperor Constantine I: "Excellent. The Empire is also most fortunate to have a just cause on our side. For while our reasons for war are to incorporate Wolfensland under the Empire and to create more living space and to see of potential rival nations; we can make this out to be a war against a crazed tyrant. The killing of 20 protestors, all unarmed, by the Randall regime, will not get it any international sympathy. We have many things in our favour."

With that, the meeting was over and the Emperor and his ministers and military chiefs set about their plans for the upcoming war against Wolfensland.

The President of the Republic, after talking with his Sec. of Defense, made a call to Lacker AFB. The base was near the nation in question, he asked for a Col. Peinekoff.

Pres. Lichtenburg:Colonel, you have 5mins to get the 1st for possible action.
Peinekoff:Yes, Mr. President. The 1st will be ready in less then 5mins.

The unit was Team 2, of the 1st Para-Commando Regiment, led by Sgt. Leiner.

Team 2, 20 men in all, sit in a DHC-6 at Lacker AFB. Waiting for the signal to leave. Their mission is to take control of a small dirt airfield, so that they have a place for more commandos to arrive.

The president was sitting in his chair, he have been worryied about the current lack of communications from the other nations. They have been threatening Wolfensland since the beggining of this crisis, but now there was just silence. Sitted in front of him was Generalfeldmarshall Wolfstein, the commander of the Wolfenslandic Armed Forces.

President:What is the status of our military forces at the moment?
Wolfstein:The Heer units are on normal alert levels. The Luftwaffe is ready. The Kriegsmarine is on normal alert too, with the Admiral Dönitz Battlegroup in transit, coming to Wolfenshafen from Sichereshafen. They should arrive tomorrow.
President:We should increase the alert levels...Those people are way too silent these days. They may be planning something.
Wolfstein:I agree, mein führer. I will dispatch the Graf Zeppelin Battlegroup to patrol the east coast of the island. I'll also tell the Heer and Luftwaffe commanders to increase their readiness levels.
President:Good...We don't want to be caught off guard. Dismissed.

OOC: Wouldn't this be a perfect time for the International Brigades to actually do something? This seems to be exactly a situation those brigades were created for! Besides that, the unit of Madnestian refugees needs some experience for the civil war I have been planning...;)

Roughly 300 Miles off the coast of Wolfensland
Imperial First Fleet, Second Battle Group
The second group was making speed towards Wolfensland, and was preparing for anything. The four carriers in the group were using their long range radar to detect incoming aircraft and vessels, while the three battleships of the group were scanning the skies with their CIWS weaponry. Cruisers and destroyers filled the gaps, and created an effective defense web.

A tall man, dressed in a white uniform stood on the bridge of the INS Illustrious, an Imperial-class battleship. He watched the calm waves in the evening twilight, the cold air blowing in through the open door. It nipped at his ears as he stood in silence.

"Admiral, we have reports coming in of events unfolding in the country."
"Really? What is it?"

A young officer, fresh out of the naval academy, handed him a letter. He read it off to himself, and looked to the operators of the ship.

"Get this fleet in full gear. I want to be there ASAP."
"Yes, sir."

The Imperial Guards emerged from their camp for another night of scouting.

Orbit above Wolfensland

A small robotic scout, silent as a mouse, glided through the void above the nation of Wolfensland. It's high speed pass would last only an hour or so, but it picked up messages that the High Command and the Senate would find very interesting. Pictures of armed troops opening fire on protestors, as well as "cleansing attempts" in various cities were shot over in an encrypted format to the Senate. Soon afterwards, the Grand Senate released this official statement.

Last night, a reconiscience satellite sent to observe the nation Wolfensland, which has been recently embroiled in racial turmoil. The satellite's findings were disturbing, to say the least. A masscare of protestors Wolfenslandic army units, compounded with the frighteningly exanding powers of it's executive branch has lead the Allied Union to confirm that the state of Wolfensland is on the road to becoming a Nazi-esque police state, a sort of nation Velkya supremely despises. It is under this light that we order the "President" of Wolfensland to surrender within one standard week and allow his congress to resume control of the government. Should our demands not be met, a military response by the Allied Union shall surely follow.

Beckenbauer, the special advisor to the president, entered the presidential office.

Beckenbauer: Sir, we have a big problem.

President: What is it?

Beckenbauer: We cannot afford to fight a war sir...At least not against all these nations! Sir, you MUST resign. It seems that some high rank officers on our armed forces are planning a coup.

President: What?! Arrest them!

Beckenbauer: Sir, if you resign we can protect you. If this coup happens we cannot tell what could happen to you.

Beckenbauer spend a good hour trying to convince the president that it was the best to do.

Beckenbauer: Sir, it's not about winning or losing, it's about living to fight another day, if you know what i mean.

President: Well, you're right. I don't have much of a choice here.

I am hereby resigning my position as president of the Republic of Wolfensland. From now until new elections can be held, the congress shall take control of the government. As my final act as president, i hereby revoke all racist or racialist laws passed during my government.

An aide rushed into the Imperial Office.

"Sir... It's Wolfensland. President Randall... He's stepped down... It's over."

The Emperor looked up.

"Thank God. Recall the Guards."
"I'll inform Imperial Command to recall the Guards now, sir."
