A lone bomber of the 9th Strategic Bomb Wing, Captain Pillai in command, took off from Peurto Princessa Air Force Base with a cargo unlike any that had been ever carried by any aircraft of the SAF.
It was a superclean H-Bomb, ofcourse anyone watching the loading of the bomb from the edge of the field would have seen what looked like a perfectly ordinary device being loading, and would only be wondering why there was only one in the bay.

The bomber began threading its way past the myriad islands in this part of the Pacific towards open ocean. Today the men of Layateb would be answered.....
Someone else had a clean Hydrogen Bomb.

The bomber was approaching the test site over open ocean, hundreds of miles from any landmass. This was the perfect test site for a country that had no room for more conventional test procedures.
The bomber climbed to maximum operational altitude, with a load of one bomb in the bay and two equipment and instrument pods on the wing hardpoints this was exceptionally high and would allow the bomber time to escape the blast radius of the massive bomb.

The bomb doors opened and the device fell out, its inordinately huge parachute opened and it began to slowly fall to earth as the bomber lit its reheat and rushed to escape the blast area.
The bomb fell down in complete silence as the bomber rushed at faster than the speed of sound to escape.
The bomber cleared the blast area in good time, two minutes later the bomb reached optimum airburst height and exploded its Hafnium Triggering Charges, a tiny fraction of a second later fusion ignited.

The bomber picked up the results of the tests from its instrumentation pods and transmitted them by secure cypher to the office of the President and the Joint chiefs of staff, they would adress the world shortly....
