I Would Like To Extend Open Arms

Hello I am the President and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nuclear Wastland. I would like to extend open arms of alliance with the various nations of the world. Any alliance with my country however must be true. I will assistice my allies in any way shape or form but I expct them to do the same. I hope the nations will consider this.
