OOC / SIC:

I know Italy probably wouldn't know about the war plans so this is mostly OOC. Since the US is disabled, Italy could probably spare troops, artillery, ships, etc. if you need them in the war. I probably can't afford sending an entire army or anything like that, but if you need help, I'm here.

There are 30,000 troops on the Uruguay front. There are 25,000 troops each at the Bolivian and Paraguay fronts, and there is a 10,000 man cavalry reserved well behidn the lines, to counter-attack any breakthrough.

Also, 8 of the 14 destroyers have been built, the other 6 will be finished by the end of the month.

Let's say 80,000 Italian troops. Keep in mind, though, most of these men (and their fathers and probably grandfathers for that matter) haven't seen real combat in their lives. Some artillery and probably a small fleet could be dispatched as well. Italian forces could probably be unloaded right into Uruguay once the war begins. I can't send too much because even without a US player, we still have to be reasonable about what the US would notice.

From: Argentina

We thank you for your offer, and we accept it. They shall come to Argentina under the premise of "training". They will be commanded on the strategic and divisional level by Argentinian commanders, but on the tactical level, they can be commanded by Italian officers. This will help the soldiers of the two countries flow together easier. We have many Italian-speaking people within our country, so the language barrier shall be minimal.
