Official communique from the Tetictian MoD:

We require immediate assistance for the rescue of one of our submarines TNV Hunter.

We recieved a distress signal from the submarine indicating it had recieved damage from a collision, from what is unknown but it is significant.

She sank 127.6 miles south east of South Africa and have no ships in the vacinity to find her for the rescue op and is why we ask the nations of the world to assist in the rescue of our sailors.

Thank you

Clark Mathews
Minister for Defence.

We have narrowed down two possible positions within our waters. We have sent two rescue helicoptors to each site to try and find the submarine you request.

What I am messaging you about is what this ship would have been doing within our waters to begin with. We feel we have the right to know, however, it will not in any way hinder rescue efforts.

***THE OFFICE OF THE DEFENCE SECRETARY OF NOUVELLE ANGLETERRE***

Having heard of your plight I have taken it upon myself to help you in your attempt to locate and surface your missing submarine.

Therefore, I request permission from His Majesty King William of Deltara to enter Deltarian seas and air space to help in the rescue efforts. The helicopters and ships that I will send will of course be under the full command of the Deltartian military and rescue co-ordinators.

I would like to urge the Daltarian Government to respond quickly due to the race against the clock in which we find ourselves.

Yours I Peace

General Sir Andrew Lucas MP
Defence Secretary of Nouvelle Angleterre

First off, It is "Requested" not "Required". We are not required to help anyone. And Second, we fail to see why this is our problem? Your submarines should have better sonar so they can figure out if anything is on a collision course with them or not. This is your problem, not ours.

Official Statement of President John Holtz of Holy Paradise:
"Your lack of compassion is appalling. The next time you are in trouble, you won't receive any aid from us. Tetict, we are sending you medical supplies and radar equipment to search and care for the sailors. We cannot get directly involved as there are many other issues currently pressing us, thank you.

Holy Paradise, Note the "Unofficial" part. It was someone's secretary who isn't supposed to respond to these sorts of messages but they did anyways. I'll post an "Official" message later appologizing for the unofficial one and notifying that they are fired from their job.

The San Haven Defense Force will sent a small naval-task force to your waters! However we can only monitor and help find the boat. We cannot retrieve the boat for you! Due to our laws in our country and the risk of war (In-Case you sub was hit by another nation!)
Thanks
