EMP wont be doing anything to a network that is run by more then one nation. each nation is given network contrals and the only thing an EMP will do is nock out Ground stations because Space stations and Satelights are by law Protected Against EMP from the sun and other sorces in the solar system.

The members in the federation who design our defences have been around longer then most members here. some where around longer the my main nation when the federation was first formed under the TBA name.
