For years,the Zombie race has been feared, hated, and killed by clergymen/wizards/abnormally hot computer-animated warriors in ruined cities because of their stereotype-inducing name. Many, upon seeing one of us, automatically run away for fear that we will eat their brains. What people do not know is that Zombies are, in fact, vegetarians.

Hoping to dispell some of the mystery and evil-lookingness of the Zombie Alliance, Lord Necromancer is opening up embassies in the Zombie Vatican(capital city) itself. All nations are free to apply to send an ambassador.

There are, however, some restricions; here are the rules:

¤Security forces at the embassy shall not exeed the number of 20 personnel.
¤No nuclear weapons, salt, or holy water may enter the city.
¤Please do not send a priest.
¤Embassies may not allow individuals labeled enemies of the Zombie Alliance to enter their grounds, or otherwise aid criminals.

The Heavily Armed Republic of Madnestan is more than willing to found an embassy in the soil of the mighty nation of The Zombie Alliance, in hope of establishing warm relations between the two, bringing further prosperity and good peace to both of them. We would like to send our usual embassy team, consisting the ambassador, one personal guard without uniform, 25 guards in uniform (20, if that is insisted, though 25 is the strength common Platoon of Embassy Guard) and a civilian staff of 11 people.
