After the 10 - 2 vote in the newly elected Council of Forza the council members took a short break. As the members filed out of the room only three members remained. Clayton Wymore from Old Silverwarren and Ted Jimmerson from New Silverwarren stood talking on one side while Nickolai Arterski sat in his seat.
Clayton Wymore: I can not believe we just banned public smoking. Honestly.
Ted Jimmerson: I know! This is out of hand. I know the King rigged some of the elections. He had too. Over half of the council worked for his father. On top of that he hired his son who has no past in politics. What a poor leader. He is clearly trying to undermind the government...
Nickolai Arterski walked over to the two council members:
Arterski: What are you guys talking about?
Wymore: Nothing. Nothing at all. Just how my daughter made the honor roll yesterday.
Arterski: Cut the shit Clay. What's up?
Jimmerson: Nickolai? Do you believe the elections were rigged?
Arterski: Oh...I can tell you right now that they were. The King is trying to keep power. The new council took a lot of it away. He wants to keep it. As first Prior I knew all about it. But I was unable to do anything. I managed to get him to let me take a seat in the council.
Wymore: So you knew? Why didn't you say anything?
Arterski: I would have been killed. But just wait. We will formulate a plan to make sure he doesn't take anymore power. Are you gentleman in?
Wymore: For now...yes?
Jimmerson: I suppose...but what is it?
Arterski: I will tell you in due time. But now it is time to reconvene...
