" This is Tom Tucker on ZZN. Today Zackaroth has finshed it's prison reforms. For years prisoner's of Zackaroth on deathrow or on life sentences have been over-pouplating prisons. Today the High-Council approved of a bill to change that.
Those on death-row will be consider slaves and be worked on farms,mines, and oil fields everyday until there day for death comes. life-sentences convicts will get same treatment only for the rest of there life. For those with sentences that when they will get out they will still be alive will work also but only on farms and not for long hours.
The workplaces shall only include prisoners and guards. They will be located away from cities. Ayone caught trying to escape would be killed on site without and hiestation at all. Also the work is a choice but those who do not work do not get food.
And when either prisoners die of age,excution,or attempted escape there bodie's will be given to science for research. The bill has surpisingly gained little oppostion. But those who oppose it where talked to today by the High-leader.
Reportedly he said " These camps will be used for only life sentence and death row inmates. Also for those who commited serious crimes in under Zackarothian law. Minor crimes will not be treated as such."
