Kane addresses Empire

My dear children of Nod, on this day that will no doubt be remembered by all as the day we came to rebuild this nation from its primitive ways. We will not be down trodden by other nations, we shall not stand aghast against the global supremecy of other hostile terrorist nations. We will not submit to the fake democracies!

At 3 pm today our modified long range warhead based missiles will be tested across the baron plains of the outer kane desert. Let our enemies know that we will not rest until we rid this world of there lies and hate!

Pythogria understands you defending your nation, but WMD's are not required to defend yourself. Alliances work much better and don't make people think your'e a terrorist (I don't think you are, but other nations aren't like me.)

President Holtz had just finished reading the last bill that had gotten throught the Legislature when Secretary of Defense James Watman(The last secretary resigned because he was 80 years old and wished to retire.) bursted through the large oak doors on the south end of the office. Holtz noticed a shadow was blocking the light from the window in front of him and looked up. "Ah, Watman, what brings you here?" Holtz smiled.

"This, sir." Watman replied. He handed President Holtz an intelligence report from the HPIA:

Subj: Nation tests new weapon

Mr. President, we have received reports from other nations and our own field operatives that the nation of Imperial Nod has tested yet another weapon. This is not like their ion cannon, a defensive weapon, but an offensive one. At approximately 3 pm, their time, a weapon was detonated in the outer Kane desert. The result was a bluish explosion that scorched at the very least, our operatives have estimated, 25 miles of land, no casualities, though. Our weapons experts are not sure if this is a normal nuclear device, an upgraded nuclear device, or something completely new. One thing we are sure of is that it has a massive capability of causing widespread death and destruction. We do not believe this is meant as an immediate threat, but it would be prudent to keep an eye on Imperial Nod. There's no telling what might happen.

President Holtz dismissed Watman and silently thought of how to deal with this situation. He ruled out war or an embargo, that would be insane. However, something had to be done to make sure that Imperial Nod would never use their weapons unprovoked on another nation. He decided to send a TG warning them of the consequences that might happen if they continue testing these WMDs.

I apologize if I did not address you in the way you wish, but I do not know your title. But more importantly, we, along with many other nations, are worried at your nation's continued testing of weapons of mass destruction that your nation has created. We will not use force, as you do have sovereignty over what happens in your nation, and it would benefit neither Imperial Nod nor Holy Paradise. All I am saying is it would be best for all nations, including yours, if you limit or completely stop testing these incredible weapons you have created.

As the minister for foreign affairs for the esteemed emperor of imperial Nod I am afraid that despite there was not realistic threat in your recently recieved diplomatic communication, we are responding to inform you that further tests will continue until our emperor and other military leaders are satisified that all threats to our leader and empire are at a very basic minimum

Thow we will respect your nation's rights to do as your empire pleases in it's borders. we Can not condole mass tests of WMD's. We respectfully ask that you reduce the amount of tests of your WMD's to a minimum of 2 tests a year. If however you find this unreasonable then The Federation Will not do a thing to stop you.

As of this minute. your nation is set as risk level 4 by the Federation Defence Senetors.

I am afriad to tell you that you are right in believing we have every right to test weapons, and we are not prepared at present time to reduce the WMD testing, In fact we have schedualed a further four tests within the next two months.

However you have nothing to fear from such tests and we advise that you remain calm.
