Many cities in the Democratic Capitalist Empire of Swilatia, especially the cities in the far eastern regions of the nation, were engulfed by large anticapitalist roits. Most of the people who participated were some of Swilatia's poorest citizens, who clamied that the capitalist system was causing their poverty, and that a more equal system needs to be introduced into Swilatia.

The roits started as simple protest that involved the poor holding signs saying messages such as "we want bread!!!" that demanded equality in the nation. However, as the protests grew, but there was no goverment response, the protest turned into violent riots with some protesters burning more than just the Swilatian Flag.

Events worsened as later when police tried to stop the riots were unsucessful, and 5 police officers were killed in Delaskado, which was the city with the most roits. After this, the roits were easily stopped in Vilvek, Atlius, Serelian, Barsenulia, Korswane, and New Warsaw, but Delaskado and Nitsolna will have curfews and special patroll set up temporalrily to stop the riots..

We will probably need help dealing with the riot in Delaskado, as five swilatian police officers were killed when they were trying to break up the riots.

The Dominion, in support fully of capitalism, will assist in suppressing these riots if aid is required.

The Makaarian government is concerned with these anti-capitalist riots. We will not intervene as of yet, but we will investigate. We cannot allow a nation to fall to communism.

Madnestan govenrment feels sorry for these recent accidents in the nation of Swilatia. Our sympathies are however on the side of the protesters. Capitalism is indeed a cause of great suffering to the lower classes, and their desire for more equal society is understandable. Our sincere wish is that these problems could be dealt as peacefully as possible, and that the international Riot Controlling Forces sent to your country will not let the violence spread when it is not unavoidable. To make sure of that, Madnestan is willing to send five regiments of our SEJEM security troops that are trained in both excessively violent but also non-violent, "soft" population controlling.

Their secondary object would be to prevent unnecessary violence by the other peace keeping forces.

Third, we would like to be allowed to economically and advisory-wise support the organization of these anticapitalist parts of your population in peacefull, democratic party/parties, which would effectively direct their desire for better Swilatia to ordinary political work.

We do not need population control, just crowd control. Also any help dealing with the roits would be good. We are not against the message that these people are trying to show, but simply the means they are using to show it.

Swilatian and Pythagorian troops fought toghether to stop the roits. However the roits are olnyweakened, not stopped. It was also seen that the roiters now demanded that if the government were to do nothing to make Swilatia a more equal place, then they should allow the Far Easter regions of the nation to become their own nation. However we currently have no plan to do so.

After 3 hours of fighting, the protesters were stopped, as many surrendered after the millitaryt to protestors ratio was 5:1, and they could not fight all day when outnumbered and outpowred. The remaing 1000 protestors who did no surrender were jailed. However the city of delaskado is still home to some separatistand anticapitalist movements.

We propose a system of limited self-government for the disafected citizens who are effectivly serfs in their own land. With co-opperation between these people, and the governing body we propose a resolution both final, and without further bloodshed that may serve as a fine example of unity between all whom are human for the rest of time"

They can be of any sex or gender. They wear black shirts, shoes and trousers (in temperate climates) and are recognised by a red velvet rose around the left wrist.
In this senario they will only resort to violence if life is directly endagered, prefering their training in negotiation and psycology to defuse potentaly dangerous situations.

Equal parts diplomat and civil servant, their goal here is to facilitate peaceful resolution whilst addressing the underlieing issue of socal inequality. Whatever the circumstances they should be able to repair the damage done in the conflict. They will activly listen to the rioters, as well as encourage them towards peaceful discourse, a course of action that noone has taken thusfar, alas.
