The Holy Crusader’s Empire of Materdei, by imperial decree of Basileus (Emperor) Theodosius Romanus Constans, opens the empire to foreign nations wishing to establish formal relations via the exchange of embassies.
The following edict applies to all nations wishing to seek diplomatic relations via the establishment of embassies:
1) The grounds of the foreign embassy is granted the same sovereign status, as to which it belongs.
2) The embassy and its officials are granted diplomatic immunity.
3) Any nation establishing an embassy within Materdei, agrees to the establishment of a Materdei embassy within their sovereign territory.
4) Materdei embassies are only established if granted the same terms that Materdei grants sovereign nations wishing to establish embassies within the empire’s borders.
5) A maximum security detail of 50 troops will be granted to the foreign nation.
6) Anything deemed potentially dangerous or potentially threatening to the stability of Materdei located within the embassy can and will be seized by the empire.
7) Un-armed land vehicles are granted to the foreign embassy.
8) One helicopter, un-armed, is granted to the foreign embassy.
9) Any foreign delegation traveling to and from Materdei will receive the empire’s protection (including the use of the empire’s airspace).
10) Terms of the treaty will include a date of expiration, in which the terms may change via the imperial decree of Materdei’s ruling Basileus (Emperor).
(Nations posting to establish an embassy are assumed to have accepted the terms listed above. If not, please state that your nation has an interest to do so, but require special terms.)

Although we are interested in your terms, we find 10 rather... forbidding. One could easily and legally make the treaty void immediately while your delegation is away and take ours captive. Considering our history on the receiving end of treachery, we would prefer some degree of assurance against this.

The Holy Crusader's Empire of Materdei and it's Basileus (Emperor), Theodosius Romanus Constans, are ruled and guided by faith and honor. As a nation of 2.02 billion citizens, the Emperor is the figure head of all it's people and would not act irrationally against treaties set and agreed upon between nations.
Materdei also does not have a history of interfering with soverign states, and thus, I can assure you that the 10th clause will cause no harm.
The Republic of Kanami is very intrested.
The Trinitarian Republic of Mondoth expresses interest in exchanging embassies with Materdei

It is comprised of an Ambassadorial Residence, two smaller residences for your staff, a barracks for your Security Team, a HeloPad, and an Olympic-sized Pool, all on three professionally landscaped acres.
A staff of 10 and a security detail of 15 are permitted. Your security detail may be armed as you see fit. Two vehicles are permitted, one armed.

Thank you for accepting, here is the details, Ambassador: Karma, company, four beserkers and one captain, and one unarmed all tarrain vehicle.
Word has gotten out to the nomads of Karma's coming so as to ensure their safe arrival. Our ambassador is Korand Makiir Junior, and his company shall consist of six sentinels, all arriving by ATV conversion, unarmed as per requirements.
(By conversion, I mean the original vehicle was a special ed bus. Such... inginuity is neccesary.)
