The New Market Order is interested in developing relations with other countries, and to prompt this we allowing other nations create embassies in our capital, New Market City.

Embassies located in New Market City will be treated as sovereign territory of the nation which establishes them.
Diplomats in the New Market Order will be given diplomatic immunity, but this will be forfeited if they participate in any murders, or incite rebellion against the government of the New Market Order.
Any nation that agrees to this exchange will be granted 250 square meters on the outskirts of the city.
The embassies will be constructed by the nation occupying them; however, they may hire a local contractor if they so choose.

Limits:
No more then 1000 personal
No more then 500 weapons of any sort
No armored personal carriers, tanks, or attack helicopters.
Size of embassy grounds is fixed at 250 square meters

The Orders embassies abroad will consist of:
1 ambassador
12 aids/ assistants
15 security personal
5 kitchen personal
1 official driver
1 bulletproof limo
10 cars
1 unarmed helicopter

Madnestan would be pleased to found an embassy in the glorious state of NMO. We would send our usual diplomatic team, consisting the Ambassador (Major-Lieutenant Jaigir Atirai, 32), civilian staff of 15 people, 4 ununiformed security personell for the ambassador and his (possible) family and 25 guards in uniform. Only vehicles, all unarmed, that we would like to bring in are 4 HMMWV's for the guards and a personal car for the Ambassador.

OCC: We are not limiting the height above or below ground of any buildings, so if you build high enough you can easily have more then 1000 people.
