Congress hass authorized the expansion of the US Army to fit 50,000 reserves and 20,000 additional active troops; the US Navy to fit an additional 3 dreadnoughts, 5 armored cruisers, 10 destroyers, 4 submarines, and 5 light cruisers; the creation of the US Army Air Corps, a part of the US Signal Corps; and the ascension plans for two new states - the territories of Arizona and New Mexico.

SIC to US Fleet:
Initiate orders to send patrol force to the Rio de la Plata area and disembark 10,000 Marines to secure American interests in Argentina. We do not want any hostility to grow from this, and it is unnecessarily dangerous what Argentina does to entangle herself in the meddling of European and Asian affairs; we must protect them from the foreign powers of the world.

The United States has sent 2000 troops across into Mexico, where recent roughing activities have caused serious complications on American soil. We are currently working with the Mexican president to come to a conclusion about this roughing. Furthermore, the Marines have increased their presence in Nicaragua, due to increased hostility by rebels against the Nicaraguan government; they are considered anti-American and will not be tolerated. 2000 Marines have been sent to deal with the rebels.
