The armed republic of tangalang is formaly taking bids from storefronts and or contractors to build my schools and hospital I need 5 of each all with latest technologies including but not limited to laser surgical procedures, robotics, and artificial transplants and colleges must have curriculum buildings for every type of education these must be full universities !
Further more i will like to not pay more than 2 billion and you must be able to make the the deductions shown on nts tracker at this time i have no money spent on education or health on my nts graph and i need to increase my population as a whole.

ZefTec (our largest corporation) takes an intrest in your offer. We will build ten universities and 20 hospitals, each with the latest in technology, for 3 billion. (If you only want 5 of each, 6 million will do.)

The roads have been previously grided all hospitals must be at least 7 miles form each other and all universities 200 miles from one another/
