After the Final battle against the Terrorist at the Usean City of Tokoyo,The Allied forces captured or killed most of the terrorist without a Single civilian casualty.The outlook is high as the leaders of Xharn and Usea meet to formally end this conflict.
The Treaty of Helios
This treaty is to end hostilites between the Union of Usean Soviet States and the Royal Kingdom of Xharn to conclude the following issues
-The Kingdom of Xharn will not hold the Goverment of Usea Acountable of this action,as the govermenting body was neutralised/disabled by the nuklear destruction of the Political capitol of Helios.
-The Border of Xharn are to remane Unchanged,Yet Usea will gain all of the belkan land Ajacent to Usea.
-All prisoners will be returned to there proper countries.
-Both country will pay only for there own debt.
-Xharn Military Personel will help in the hunt for the remander of the terrorist groups in Usea along with Usean Armed Defence Forces.
