OOC: all right guys, i may not be liked by a lot of people, but its time for me to step up to the plate, i want to form an alliance.. witch is obvious because of the thread name but, before i put my self out on the limb i would like to know who will support or join it.. I want to appoint some one who has a lot of time as admin of the forums if the alliance comes around.


Ok so here are my BI laws:


#1 All member states have the full right, to maintain there independent military, political, and economic, Structure, By no means is the UFA senate to limit freedoms of individual nations rights, under penalty of re formation. (This includes Intel departments to)

#2: All nations are Required to be at peace with each other in order to join, no nation shall combat each other unless, approved by the UFA senate.

#3: All UFA members are required to support other member states in a defensive war only and only if the hostile nation attacks a UFA member first other wise defense is optional , if the UFA commits to an offensive war or a nation in the UFA Commits to help an ally not in the UFA, it its up to the member states choice weather to support that nation or not.


#4 : All trade will be monitored by the UFA trade commission , how ever All individual trade will fall on the member states the UFATC Will regulate prices and other economic activity's on the alliance wide scale. (Im saying if another alliance or a nation wants to trade with the allaince as a whole it has to go thourgh the UFATC, but otherwise if they want to deal one on one with member states, the UFATC wont care.)

#5:
All nations are permitted to make there own internal laws, and only under extreme Instability or, threat to other UFA members shall member nations Intervene with the concent of the senate.



#6 All nations regardless of history or size shall be submitted to the UFAAC ( United Freeformers Alliance Acceptance concuil), in order to secure the alliance and make sure no nation with serious violations, mistrusts or excessive aggressiveness shall be allowed in.

The Fedreal Union invites any nation within the milky way to join a newly suggested alliance, any input any member will be very much welcome, we wish to build ties with fellow nations, with peace through strength, Independence , and individuality, all nations regardless of past will be able to join . we will send a copy of the Laws so far drafted by the Union senate..

the last thing our nation wants is to place controls on its members this is a free alliance and no further controls will be placed , how ever we might change the rules to make it more free in coming years.


And to add to that, by under no means will your nation be in jeapordy, even if other member states attack nations with out warrant, you are not required to support or condone the war, if you are attacked with out reason we shall support you.

(What I'm saying is if you don't want to be in a war the UFA is in or a member state of the UFA is in, no big deal, we wont force you its your choice, we would pressure you only if its a warranted defensive war.)

Is this another organization that we must associate ourselves with in order to join the alliance? Assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Well, that makes sense. Being rather new here, I wasn't sure if that was the case or if we were talking about another alliance or group or something. Regardless, Ham-Fisted Thugs wants in if you'll take us.

OOC: I read the rules and you said something about a UFA member making an offensive attack rather than defencive. What if the offencive attack was to gain back what is truely the attackers?

... i didn't understand your question, if you meant a preemptive strike, it would have to be valid, and i mean extremely valid, and its still optional.

we have heard about the CoDomimium and we are interested in learning more about it.

the planet of New Kirisubo has a policy of armed neutrality and are mainly explorers and traders. We defend ourselves although if we are attacked or our people harmed.

Because of the previously quoted articles, the Unified Worlds will not be joining this alliance, which so blatently disregards the civil libarties and national rights to control internal affairs. It is not and will never be the right of another nation to attempt to meddle with the civil war of another unless requested by both parties to mediate.

Not to mention that, it should be between individual nations that trade agreements are created, not the alliance as a whole. Markets should be opened, but one cannot just open the floodgates and ruin the individual markets. Also, it should be within the power to embargo or place tarriffs on any products which may be harmful to an economy or people.

What I meant was to begin this right away but use Fluid time so it actually started on the timeline after the NS War II ended so members would not be bound to assist those participating in the event. You might scare away some thinking they would have to be in the war right away as soon as they joined.

Participation would be voluntary and it would be taken care of in that specific thread, not here.

OOC: Ohh i got you, sorry i kind of missed the point of that, well yes i agree, this shouldn't be involved with ns war 2 , at any rate ill be working on the forums this weekend, i've been busy preparing for my test.. )
