F-3 'Arrow'
The state-owned Huahin Industries has unveiled its first export fighter, the 'Arrow'. It is one of the most advanced basic fighters we have to date and two versions have been made: the upgraded F-3, which is in service with our Air Force, and the basic export version. It has been made so that it can be fitted with almost any weapons. This plane, despite only reaching speeds of just over Mach 1, is one of the most agile planes around, and requires less maintenance hours than almost any other modern fighter.
Crew: One
Size: Length, 54.2 feet (16.52 m); wingspan, 34.3 feet (10.45 m); height at vertical tail, 17.7 feet (5.39 m).
Max. Weight: 48,000 pounds (17915.60 kg)
Engines: The F-3 is powered by a Huahinian Hu20k engine (with afterburner), rated at 20,000 pounds thrust.
Controls: The aircraft features an digital fly-by-wire electronic flight control system.
Wing Construction: The delta (cranked arrow) wings on both aircraft are manufactured of advanced graphite composites to provide strength for high wing loads during flight.
Design Load: 9 "Gs"
Max. Speed: 723mph (1,163km/h)
Range: Over 1,000 miles (1,600 k), without in-flight refueling, and unlimited with in-flight refueling

VC-1 'Mercury'
The Mercury was designed to carry troops from or to destinations where there are no runways or they aren't in good enough condition to be used. This compound aircraft combines the VTOL capability of a helicoptor with speed of a plane. For take-off, the engines were coupled to auxiliary air compressors through a clutch, supplying compressed air to the rotor, where it ignited with kerosene in Huahin-developed pressure-jets at the blade-tips. After take-off, transition to forward flight was accomplished by progressively transferring power from the rotor to the two conventional propellers. In normal flight the air compressors were declutched and all power went into the propellers, the rotor then free-wheeling as on an autogiro.
Crew: 2 + 40 armed troops
Powerplant: 2 x Huahinian 4k Engines and Pressure Jets at rotor tips
Cruising Speed: 280mph
Top Speed: 340mph
Range: 500 miles
Rotor Span: 27.43m
Length 17.88m
Height:6.76m
