Brilliant flashes exploded all over the sky…

Neoman ships fired at each other.

Threw out the explosion it become apparent whose side each ship was on.

Underneath the battle, a small colony world sat, the civilians watching the battle unsure as of what was going on.

“Is it Invaders?”

“Will we be alright!!!?”

Cried the civilians.

They could not see the ships, but the brilliant flashes we unmistakable a battle was going on above them.

---

“FIRE!” screamed the commander as her gripped the sides of his chair

The bridge was a flurry of confused activity.

They could not figure out who was on whose side…

The rebel ships still showed up as friendly on the scanners…

It was a mad house.

The ship rocked violently to port as a large explosion enveloped the side of the ship.

“Sir life-support is failing!”

“Jump away; broadcast all ships that are still loyal to jump to Battle station Ticonderoga…”

---

It only took a few seconds but soon the ship emerged just of stern from Ticonderoga…

Ticonderoga was a massive structure floating over the planet Helbred which was ravenged by an Anti-matter core explosion.

Suddenly the Ticonderoga fired on them just as the other loyal ships came out of hyperspace…

There was no chance for the crippled ships to run… they were destroyed without returning a shot…

----

Today we have seen a horrible day for all Neomans… three battle groups and the battle station Ticonderoga have defected from Neoma… They have not told us why… they have only said that they left for a better life.

The Grand Ruler has decreed that these rebels be sought out and destroyed… They are no longer under his divine protection… may Coord have mercy on their souls…

A small Dominion surviellance drone, on its way to scout the further reaches of space, had come across the electrifying battle scene. The footage was released back to Dominion military command quickly, as a message of Class-2 importance. The HQ looked over the message, as did the Emperor. Though the ruler of the Dominion was by no regards a kind or sympathetic man, he could see the prospects of rebellions gone out of hand. The potential for a rebellion to spread was far to great to ignore. A short message, enough to inform the Neoman loyalists of Dominion intentions, was dispatched.

To the Neoman Loyalist faction, from the Dominion of Amazonian Beasts

We see the rebellion that sweeps up your space in a grand conflagration. The results and far-reaching prospects of revolt and revolution are seen with wary eyes in the Dominion, and such a revolution that has sprung up in your space has the potential to grow. We here have come to a conclusion, we shall send several starfleets to your space to stave off this rebellion before it can grow too large to handle.

"Sah, reportz sudjest er foire-foight in a systum not too far 'way, sudjest we send er salvidj vessull to getz tha scrap!" The officer had a look of glee on his face as he expected good things to come of this observation, "Exullent! Send in tha Morr Hulk."

Orbiting slowly round the planet was the Scrap-heap from which the Morr detatched and began its way to the scene of the fight, judging by the scale of the conflict it looked as though little could be salvagable and any salvage op would possibly come under fire, the tow-shuttles were prepped, slow but efficient.
