His Holy Eminence welcomes you to the fertile plains and the beautiful land of Naktan, an ancient and historic land, opening our arms to engage and diversify the world. We will update this server for as long as we can maintain this service without inhibiting other Imperial Duties. Given the circumstances, we offer an embassy exchange to friendly and righteous nations from around the entire world.

We will require morer information about the schematics of your embassy staff; furthermore, we submit to you our embassy plans - a uniform design that we offer to all of our new embassies:

Our architects have designed a embassy in the manner of dome styles, to save space and offer a unique perspective of the city. The complex shall be a ring of nine dome buildings, to suit the needs of your ambassador here. The dome nearest the river is intended as a residence for your beloved ambassador. The other domes are for your as you see fit: fine arts programs, embassy connections, garages for your vehicles, and eating facilities... In the center of this complex shall seat a command dome, which connects to all of the ring domes via covered open passages. We intend to construct this as a command center for your security forces. In addition, three helipads shall be placed on this dome, for ease of security clearance. The construction material is to be made from Naktan ilidien, which forms a very potent alloy when mixed with conventional aluminum. Ambassador Ellen Moyer will suit fine in our capital.

You may do as you wish on this territory; we offer extraterritoriality for your subjects - as long as they remain on embassy grounds. Additionally, our construction crew shall build an underground passage for your vehicles, so that they may travel to and from the Imperial Citadel for diplomatic business without the hindrances of Naktan traffic. But as again, these are our offers for the construction; the only thing that has been done in reference to the construction of the embassy is the allotment of territory along the Anakstin River. The final decision is yours to make on these things.

To you, we submit our intentions: the ambassador Tumyun Italaiv and his family of three, 27 guards, a maximum of 25 staff, space to dedicate to a temple, and stables for our horses. If possible, we also request transportation convenience in the designs of the embassy.

Seeing as our population continues to grow and the enthusiasm of our people for the military continues to grow, His Holy Eminence has discontinued the practice of conscription into the regular army and has instead reverted to a grander system of instituting the Citizen's Militia, to maintain the mandatory military service requirement. Now citizens have the option of joining either service, the latter with a less pressing commitment to service. The proposal passed without much opposition in the Imperial Parliament and the Imperial Assembly and has been instituted in the military establishments across the country. The demographics of the Imperial Armed Forces are still being compiled, as PM Karmala has ordered a moratorium on military training until the new census can be conducted.

In return, we submit our plan for an embassy to you. Upon confirmation, PM Karmala will approve the Ambassador Iktarei Zavarin. She will be accompanied by her family, 27 escort guards, and 25 standard staff [this is subject to change but likely not to exceed 200 personnel at any time]. We also request permission to build a temple to Taiarai on our embassy. We do not customarily carry armored vehicles onto our embassies, seeing as we feel as your local police would suffice to protect the foreign guests in your capital or primary cities, and we likewise do not bear any arms other than the standard Imperial diplomatic sidearm [@*'UD& 9mm pistol] and the standard Impereial sidearm for our security forces [@*'UO& 9mm pistol], along with the customary sword and dagger accompaniment [%9TAU saber and %3YUV dagger].

The design for the Mondothian Embassy within your country has been reviewed by our architects and has been approved. The Ambassador Zacharias Al Ghul looks forward to working with the Naktan people as the Mondothian Ambassador to your fine country.
As for your embassy in Mondoth, We welcome any design requirements or suggestions, We prefer embassies within our country to reflect the architecture of the nations they represent. A suitable piece of land has been chosen and access to the Modnoth Cities underground transportation network is being prepared, both to the public transportation network that provides easy public access to the entire city, and to the diplomatic network that provides easy access to the other embassies and to the Capitol complex itself.
We are honored that you see fit to put such faith in our civil forces, however, continuing seperatist activity by the Naveirans may prove a threat to your embassy and we would not be insulted in the least if you increase your security detail to insure security from the threat. The rebels have not yet acted within the capital city, but with the tide of the combat constantly shifting against them, we feel it only a matter of time before they attempt to prepetrate a terrorist attack within Mondoth City and while Mondothian forces have been highly successful against the Navieran seperatists in the past, we cannot fully guarantee your embassies security while the threat remains.
