OOC: New, more open, Claim system

A major problem in many earths is that people can only have geography matching that of earth. If your making your own nation why would you want to have to have the land of russia. So I decided, why can't you just decide where your nation is and what it looks like, what its borders are and so on. Around this idea I based my new earth: earth 13.

really, I've only been on off NS until 6 months ago so I don't really know if this is new or not, if not, I'm sorry I ripped off somebody's idea but I thought of this myself.

Well, Irathria is more of a less-restricted thing, and although not fully original, Irathria isn't either. Praetonia first came up with MetaEarth a long time ago but it failed because of updating problems.
I personally like the off-site part of it all so....I am currently involved in both E13 and Irathria. Gotta love these multiverse maps.
