Proclamation released in the Imperium:

It is with regret that we have decided to occupy the Devine Celestial Imperium. We feal that the Imperium is corrupt and is no longer looking after the needs of its subjects. We are therefore occupying the Imperium.
The subjects of the Imperium will be given the option of becoming citizens of the New Market Order, or emigrate to other nations.

The Office of External Affairs faxes letters to concerned governments regarding the situation:

As we have been overseeing the Imperium’s defense needs there is no need for concern. We are not intending to start a large conflict with any nation whatsoever.

OCC:
Currently we have 50,500,000 citizens in the Imperium:
20,000,000 Police Officers (civilians)
500,000 Naval personal (excluding marines)
10,000,000 Marines
12,500,000 Support Personal, Civilian Administrators and Civil Servants (civilians)
7,000,000 Army
500,000 Air Force

Members of the Orders police force are trained to suppress civilian outrage, clamp down on protestors, and keep people in line thus eliminating any resistance movements.
The support personal, civilian administrators, and civil servants are armed, and maintain will act in place of the government, and maintain the military equipment.
The naval personal include mechanics and engineers, and do not need any additional support.
The air force includes pilots, mechanics, and engineers and needs minimal support.
All of the orders marines are qualified mechanics or engineers and only need minimal support.

1: Did you get/arrange this with Devine Celestial Imperium?
2: It's Emigrate, rather than Immigrate. Immigration is from other countries to yours, emigrate is from your country to others.
3: Are you just occupying or actually taking over?

1) It is somewhat arranged
2) Thanks I corrected it in the original post
3) Its actually taking over as in there government will be dispended and the Imperium will no longer exists as a 1st level government.
