The Nation of San Haven invites all nations to attend the Carribbean Americano International Summit! Please send Delegates and Officials to one of our famous cities in the west, the 'Palms'.
All nations are free to use our VIP Hotels in the area. We have the National'e Hotel, Hotel Floridas & Silverton Casiono & Hotel!
The Summit kicks off in two hours!

Ok! Thanks for asking! The CA International Summit (The 1st to be held) was created for the nations to come together and discuss issues effecting Central America, the Carribbean and area's surrounding. However all are welcome but its mainly for countries from this sort of background. We will discuss issues of Peace-Keeping, Border Issues, Economical Issues, Drug issues and other major issues effecting the region! We will work together to resolve such issues!

'Welcome to the First ever Carribbean Americano International Summit! We hope this will be the beginning of many great summits, relationships & will have a great affect on each and everyone's populations!' said a rather short, cuban man
'My name is Fidel Oesions. I am heading this summit!' he said introducing himself!'

There was an appluads from the crowd gathered outside CA7 (Summit HQ)

People began moving through the HQ's Main Doors. San Haven's National Police were there in their numbers to protect International Diplomats and Figures, as well being there in-case riots broke out.

"Park the car, thanks," said the Minister's bodyguard, dropping the keys to the Hummer into the valet's hands. "And no funny business."

Vince Emerson, the LA Icenese Minister for Foreign Connections, felt very secure, being surrounded by San Haven policemen, and he was very interested in getting to know San Haven's diplomats and creating more alliances.

He walked in and sat at the large table. A waiter quickly came to his side.
"How may I help you?" he asked.
"I'll take a glass of your finest chardonnay," replied the minister.
The waiter zipped off to the kitchen.

'Sir! Vince Emerson, sir!' said the waiter
'upon finishing Fidel Oesions wishes to introduce himself and establish diplomatic relations with one another!
The Waiter returned to his daily duites!

*Meanwhile Oesions continued meeting diplomats from Cuba, Jamiaca & Mexico*

'Dinner is served!' said the waiter
Dozens of Waiters poured out with meals of roast dinner, fresh carribbean crafish, prawns and shrimp, expensive wines & soups

The hundreds of all-ready there diplomats soon got into the foods!
Relationships between nations soon grew stronger when they ate our world-class chocolate served with Jamacian Custards

Dinner was soon over, and many people made their way to the bar to the left! However in case they got to drunk, many politicians decided not to talk politics and talk of sport, hobbies and interests!

The politicians and high-ranking officials staggered back to their hotels after one to many drinks! Not everyone was stupid enough to get drunk knowing that they had to face a tough day, or to say an unpredictable day of politics tommorow!

OCC: Please note any nation is welcome to take part in this summit!

Pythogria will be sending it's ambassador Algier Nusoma by... unconventional means.

Guards at the sukmmit noticed a strange vehicle skipping across the watertowards them. It then fired out a sort of capsule, which ejected a rocket seat, which landed, revealing Algier Nusoma.

"So, where's the summit being held?"

A guard came forth from his position!
'Hi, welcome to San Haven! The Summit is being held at CA7. Its about to kick off the second day. Please feel free to wander around!
The Guard returned to his position. And watched him wander off!

"All right. See ya."

Now, time to relax and enjoy this tropical climate. Boy this is warmer than Icica! he thought. He was going to like this.

After a rather long day of surfing, working on his tan, swimming, and volleyball, it was most definately time for a snack. Lobster would do well.

This was the life. Good way to prepare for politics tomorrow!

A tall bearded man approached him trailled by a second man. They both wore black suits!

'Exuse me, sir! Would you like to have some VIP Protection during your stay? It is not compuslary, but it may be your life? Its up to you!
One noticed his dark tan
'Well sir, you have already blended in with everyone'
Still Want that Protection?'

"Protection? What do you mean? Also, are you from the government here?"

OOC: If these guys are kidnappers or something, realize my army WILL be there in a flash.

'Sir, we are men from the Governments Secret Service! We are on a joint operation with the National Police! Everyone gets this offer! It's just in case something happens, even though our country is very peaceful!'

OOC: Ah.

IC: "Well, if that's the case, I accept. I'll be going to the Hotel Royale Grande."

The two men resumed their duty and followed him, keeping their distance, but ready to act if he was endangered!

At the Hotel Royale Grande, Algier bought suite 123, opened the door, and was confronted with a man, wearing a black uniform, and holding a gun. He fired upon Algier, hitting him in the arm. "Gah!" he shouted, and fell to the ground.

Both men stepped forward, releasing their beretta 9mm and shooting the men in the chest. He fell Hard!
They contacted the emergencey services, and a Ambulance Unit came forth and took him to the private hospital

Once in the hospital, Algier woke up with a start. "Ouch." He noticed the guards. "Who was that guy?"

The men noticed him!
'He was a communist rebel from Santa Rosa! Don't Worry, a bullet-proof vest will help! We have increased security and we have three more men protecting you, in-case!

"Well, that'll help a lot. Thanks. I'm sure my government will give you a reward. About this "Santa Rosa" thing, I could ask Khonsu to provide some assistance."

'Dont worry about taking it to the shores of Santa Rosa. There is hundreds of thousands of Communists there and we have tried twice, but cannot do anything even with our military size! But if they send a few over like the one that hit you, we just get rid of them! Don't worry about the reward, were just doing our job!'

"No, you don't understand. We have no less than 1,000 missiles we could fire at them. Fuel air bombs."

'Ok, go for it. The Dept. Homeland Security will allow it!'

"We're going to need to put this through Khonsu first, not to mention your government, and we'll need to give them a warning. I have no authority on such things; I'm an ambassador, not the Supreme General!"

OOC: Let's save that for some other time.

A female nurse came into the room!
'Sir, its all better! Your can leave when your ready!'
She left and continued with her job!

Algiers soon found himself back in a different hotel suite. Number 620. He had guards at all entrances, and was very safe.

The night passed without further incedent.

Under a cool night, clear night the stars appeared and drew people to the shores. It was a magnificent night along with the night life!

OOC: Will we get to the summit soon? Also, what country do you live in? I'm from Canada. (If you don't want to say that's fine-- many don't.)

OCC: The summit starts like now! I'm From Australia! One day i will visit North America, i know a few people there!

The night was soon over, a few drunks littered the beaches, but most of the Vips & Famous People headed up to CA7 of the first day of the summit!

OOC: Thanks. But Austrailia? Cool. Well, not in the literal sense. It's obviously colder up here. March, and still -15 degrees Celcius... Brr.

Another day! Algier woke up, got ready for the summit, and promptly readied his mode of transport-- a bike.

Wheeling there (in a bit of a disguise, so as not to attract attention), he noticed a man walking along. He looked somewhat suspicious. Oh well. Happens all the time. He thought nothing of it.

Once at CA7, he showed his Pythogrian ID to the guards, and made his way in.

The last of the people wandered up the steps of CA7, and the doors were shut!

OCC: Mostly Military, Poverty, Customs, Boder Issues and things like that

IC: Everyone fell silent and sat down!

Algier waited for the summit to start. He had prepared himself for whatever came along. Boy, he thought, I love politics.

Ladies & Gentleman! The Carribbbean Americano International Summit has begun! This will be the first of the 5 days!
Said a computerised Voice Overhead

A short, stubby spanish man arose and walked over the the centre of the stage in front of those sitting!
Welcome all! I will represent the Nation of San Haven and will run this Summit. The first issue on the agenda is Border Issues!
There was a small aplaud for the man. People began shuffling through their notes, ready to give their point on issues affecting Borders!

A taller asian man arose from his seat towards the back of the room!
'I represent Santa Rosa! As you know we are have issues with the nation of San Haven. Although not a nation, we are seeking to become a nation! We did take over the island illegally, but we are seeking independence!


An even taller man stood up!
'This is outrageous! You are seeking independence on part of our nation that has belonged to us for many years! You come walzing up & want Independence! We should solve this issue first! We are willing to give you the nation and hand it to the communists (backed by Cuba) but we need to set some ground rules first!
He sat back down, and continue with his notes!

The shorter Santa Rosan Man stood again!
'I'm now aware of the media that has just arrived! My name is Enronda Dello! I am a member of the Communist Party of Santa Rosa!

The San Haven Representative arose!
'Sorry about that! I am Erinriqua Glanst!

They both sat down! There was a murmur amoung the crowd and grew larger!
'Order, Order!' said a voice overhead

'I want the opinions of those other than San Haven. What should we do? How should we resolve this?

Algiers stood up. "My country suggests that Santa Rosa remain a San Haven provnce. They are terrorists. I was shot just yesterday by one of their operatives in the Hotel Royale Grande." He pointed to his bandage, and everyone gasped. "Anyway, Santa Rosa remaining a province is Pythogria's opinion on this matter."

Erinriqua Glanst arose again!
I agree with this! But there are not neccesary terrorists, just a few extremists wanting a nation of their own. The island is some 168km from the nearest point of the main island! The island of Santa Rosa has a large main island and three minor ones! There are no other islands around besides this for 150kms!

Enronda Dello stood firmly!
I agree with this! The island is isolated by about 150kms! Considering we don't want to spent the entire summit dicussing this, can we come to a conclusion with the islands future?
There was a loud chatter from the summit! Some were angry at such a comment, other delighted because they knew a conclusion could be made!

The Official conclusion to this from San Haven is...
We will allow the island to gain independance considering geofacts but until then we will administrate the island along side the Communists! If it gains independance we will officially recongize it. But for it to be independent, we must have anknowledged an official government!

'We too are un affected by border issue's as we are an island. However even if we gain independance we may have a little problem with our waters between our island and San Haven! We are yet to draw the line on this issue!

IC: The delegate from Los mexico entered quietly. He was soon noticed by others. He sat down at a spare table.

'Although we are only a minor nation new to the world after gaining independance, we would like to question San Haven on the choice to allow their rightful land to be snatched up and taken over. Why have you allowed the communists the right to have independance and have their own nation on your land?

Most likely because its very isolated and it does not have much in the way of resources. But the communists, who have drawn better relations with us are set to take over. The New Government fully supports this! The best that can come from there in the way of resources is a dozen or so million barrels of oil. Its very fertile, but its no use for us. Our mainland has more potential!

Our delegate arose. 'Therefore, none of us are affected by border disputes. However we wish to talk more on Problems involving the Border issue. This brings the next issue on the agenda in. He flicked the page on his notepad. 'Our customs service, although one of the best in the world has a hard time with the drugs. The majority (Over 75%) come from Santa Rosa. However they are gaining independance, thus we do not want war with them. What could be done to stop drugs coming from overseas? Do other nations suffer the same?

"Pythogria stops drugs from entering it's nation by searching every last package we have reason to believe could hold drugs. It doesn't take all that long."

"Ok. How big is your customs service? We have a service quite big, but cannot stop all of it. Although even with good border services & heavy laws, there are always other ways. A favoured one is the city of 'Palms'. Palms as you may/maynot know is a city of about 700,000 and is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the region. There are many Marina's thus many many boats. A lot of drugs in snuck in via boats, usually the boats are just small fishing vessels. However customs do not have the right to search boats under 10m in size, but the waterways service can. But they only search boats for checks for proper equipment and licenses though. But the Customs Service and the Drugs Agency watch carefully. The Police know the drugs are there, so undercover operations take place. We only confiscate about 22% of the drugs passing through into our nation.

I believe what you just said, may of just got 10,000 people employed. There are a Survaillence camera systems but there limited and there aren't many. Perhaps we could purchase some camera's. How about 15,000 Camera's (Majority go to palms!)?

Although we aren't the young nation we used to be, an with a population reaching 200 Million, we still want to have trade between nations, boosting our growth, more jobs & better relationships between other nations. We are currently negotiating with Los Mexico different aspects of trade, so they can get up & running more. We agree for better trade you first must have strong relationships.

Currently all roads, highways, freeways & walk-ways are made of Concrete. We gave up on coal, a long time ago. Concrete can last a lot longer than Coal! As for transport. Bus & Taxi share our roads, subways & rail have special tracks made from assorted metals.
