An odd sight at the Port of San Fransisco this afternoon when a large contigent of TPM infantry were seen boarding cargo ships without thier signature .45 caliber AR-22 rifles with .08 gauge underbarrel shotguns. Instead a new never before seen weapon was being carried on the shoulder of TPM's 2nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Divison. The weapon could be between 6 and 9mm but it is definatly not the 11mm bore diameter of the AR-22. Also a grenade launcher estimated at about 30mms is seen under some of the weapons. TPM denys retiring the AR-22 and indeed some units were seen using, near embassy row for example. The rifle seems to accept all the attachments that you could ever need and appears to be much lighter than the AR-22. No other information on this new rifle was realeased by the government, but if Phoenix Dynamix follows suit with all of thier other weapons, we may see it on the market soon enough.
