THIS IS BREAKING NEWS FOLKS!
Only 30 minutes ago, twenty terrorists all around the country :sniper: set off bombs in multiple public buildings. Three of these buildings were national libraries, while five others were international relationship buildings. About half of these terrorists were camped out along the side of the road origganaly, acting as hobos. TBC has yet to discover where these terrorists were from and what caused the attacks

IC: Our government has just recived information from our crime investigation branches that these terrorist movements started in Maikeria, our border nation. Maikeria has a population of 16 million, as do I. Much more of my budget goes to defence, however, and we would have the power to wipe them out if something is not done about the terrorists of their nation. There are even rumors on TV that these terrorist attacks were sent by the government, something we have yet to confirm.

:gundge: The Peoples Republic of Maikeria denies all claims of sponsering terrorists. If we wanted to kill people we would just nuke em. :upyours:

The government never endorsed these claims, however we did ask you to do something about the terrorist cells or your country. We do not wish to have to go to war with you.

Found near the sites where the terrorists were, there were small cars. These cars had been parked for nearly a week when we found them. Because everything that goes through border security is barcoded, we simply had to check their barcode numbers on our millitary satelites. The satilites showed that a week ago, all those cars had based through border security in a convoy, and proceded to split up, and eventually parked where we found them. If you desire so, we shall share these exact satelite recordings with you in an undocumented meeting.

The Grand Leaders Of The People's Republic would very much like to see these recordings. I assume your public buildings have video security, so that will be all we need unless you have any terrorists captured or if they died in the bombings, then we will see the corpses. As you may know The Peoples' Republic of Maikeria (PRM) has every citizen "barcoded" so we will be able to identify their actions. If they are PRM citizens we will deal with the problems swiftly. You have seen my videos in private conference by now. Also, the individuals who blew up the buildings all were killed in the explosions, but we belive they were working as part of a larger terror cell in Maikeria. Please spend some time researching if you have terror cells before you simply say go visit Iraq. There was clearly no thought or research put into that point. Research the terror cells immediately, as they are an issue for many nations. If you chose not to, we will, and by force.

It would be apreciated if you told us the specs of the bombing (ex. how big the explosions were) so that we can trace all sales of bombs with those characteristics. They were almost definately sold on the black market, but we can see what transactions went on recently (the only bank is the NATIONAL bank)

Our workers have recovered DNA samples from two of the cars. One of them leads to John Michaels (barcode #E52232) and the other leads to Halley Urpen (barcode #Y52723)

Our CID (Crime Investigation Dept.) is willing to cooperate with you for any more information you will need.

I have provided you with security Vids. Those will show the explosion sizes. My guess is the bombs were planted and then triggered, due to the velocity of the explosions.

The Videos give evidence to believe that the bombs were soviet made, still manufactured today by terrorists in Albania and large crime rings. They are extremely rare and cost about 49,232 Φ (Maikks). We will check both the accounts of the terrorists for large transactions.

We have reviewed the bank accounts. There was a large transaction in MR. Michaels' bank account about a month before from a "fake" bank account. All we can tell is that this bank account is registered by the terrorist group Visper-Aki which is made up of thousands of agents. We have the names of every single member of their board of executives. We can not just arrest them however, as there would be massive attacks and killings all over the country. I ask you for military support to find the Visper-Aki base and wipe it out once I have intelligence on their base.

Our nation's NSMO(National Space Millitary Orginazation) has been assigned to check their sattelites for the previous movement of the terorists that comitted the attacks today. Once they find where the terrorists originated from, they shall notify both of us, and I will give them further orders.

The NSMO have found where the base seems to be. The vehicles originated at a nightclub on the coast of Maikeria's south waters. We belive that this club is owned by the terrorist orginazation and used as a cover. One of my agents is being sent there tonight to investigate and see if it really is a nightclub. The club is called "Beach o Breasts"

The investigation went well. :mp5: The club was exposed as a terrorist cover, and immediately raided by local law enforcment SWAT teams. None of the terrorists escaped, and only two suffered fatal injuries during the scuffle. No civillians or law enforcement personell were harmed. Maikeria's FBI is interogating them now.

Release the prisoners now. If your friend THESUPREMERULERMATTHEW and you refuse to cooperate there will be multiple attacks all around both countries at 11:42:45 PM tonight. We are not kidding
